Description

The scope of services provided by the contractor includes: 1. Collection of municipal waste mixed with real estate inhabited by the Pieszyce Municipality together with its management. The Ordering Party estimates that the expected number of inhabitants of the Pieszyce Municipality is - 7 000 inhabitants.2. Organization of selective waste collection along with its collection and management - sack collection. Selective sack collection includes: paper; clear glass; coloured glass; metals, plastics and multi-material packaging. The Contractor shall be obliged to deliver the bags for selective waste collection to the owner of the real estate. The Contractor shall be obliged to collect any quantity of sacks with separately collected municipal waste covered by the collection.3. Organization of selective waste collection along with its collection and management - a container system. The selective waste collection container system is based on collecting in containers intended for several properties: paper, colourless glass, coloured glass, metals, plastics, multi-material packaging and bio-waste. The segregation socket must be equipped with at least 5 containers for the above mentioned wastes. The Contractor shall be obliged to set up its own containers for selective collection of waste in the number of not less than 130, forming 26 segregation nests and 6 individual containers for individual fractions of separately collected waste, situated in the places described in Appendix No. 2 to the draft agreement. The Ordering Party reserves the right to indicate to the Contractor, during the course of the service, other places where the containers may be placed and 6 additional segregation sockets, 5 containers each - a total of 30 additional containers. The Contractor shall be obliged to maintain the containers in appropriate sanitary, orderly and technical condition, in particular by washing the containers for collection of glass, paper, metals and plastics at least once a year and the containers for collection of bio-waste at least once a month.4Organizing and carrying out a touring collection of waste electrical and electronic equipment, bulky waste and tires (up to 5 at a time) from real estate at least four times a calendar year, at dates agreed with the Ordering Party.5. Organizing and running points for selective collection of municipal waste (PSZOK) for the residents of the Pieszyce Municipality. The Contractor is obliged to organize a stationary PSZOK meeting the requirements of the law in the scope in question, which should be equipped with containers to which the residents will be able to selectively deliver the following waste: green waste, biodegradable waste, out-of-date medicines, chemicals and municipal hazardous waste, used electrical and electronic equipment, used batteries and accumulators, construction and demolition waste, used tyres from household vehicles, furniture and other large-size waste, paper, glass, metals, plastics, multi-material packaging. The point should be located in the Pieszyce Municipality in a place easily accessible to residents allowing access by car and parking in the area of the PSZOK in order to transfer waste. The entity collecting waste should have a legal title to dispose of the place where the PSZOK will be located. Within the framework of running the PSZOK, the Contractor is obliged to equip 4 pharmacies in the Pieszyce Commune with containers adapted to collect out-of-date medicines from residents and conduct collection of collected medicines in a container6. Equipping residential properties with containers for mixed municipal waste and maintaining containers for mixed municipal waste in proper sanitary, cleaning and technical condition. At the request of the real estate owner or the Contracting Authority, the contractor is obliged to wash the containers, but not more often than once a year.Detailed information is available in the ToR.
