Description

Lot 1: the subject matter of the contract is to collect and manage the municipal waste indicated in the contract description from the real estate located in the Zakroczym municipality in the period from 1.1.2021 to 31.12.2021. Lot 2: the subject matter of the contract is to provide the service of collecting and managing municipal waste from the Municipal Office in Zakroczym in the period from 1.1.2021 to 31.12.2021.
The subject matter of the contract is collection and management of municipal waste indicated in the description of the contract from the real estate located in the Zakroczym municipality in the period from 1.1.2021 to 31.12.2021, in a manner ensuring achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and reduction of the weight of biodegradable municipal waste transferred for storage, in accordance with the provisions of the Act on Maintaining Cleanliness and Order in Communes, provisions of the Provincial Waste Management Plan, provisions of the regulations on Maintaining Cleanliness and Order in the Zakroczym municipality and other binding legal regulations (including local law).2. The scope of the order includes:1) collection of municipal waste from properties where residents with permanent and temporary residence are living, including:a) collection of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste,b) collection of segregated waste (paper, metals, plastics, glass, multi-material packaging waste),c) biodegradable waste, with particular emphasis on bio-waste,d) collection of bulky waste and used electrical and electronic equipment, used tyres and hazardous waste;2) collection of waste from the point of selective collection of municipal waste (PSZOK), i.e. the municipal waste collection point, i.e. the National Waste Management Board, the National Waste Management Board, the National Waste Management Board, the National Waste Management Board and the National Waste Management Board.a) segregated waste (paper, metals, plastics, glass, multi-material packaging waste),b) bio-waste constituting municipal waste,c) out-of-date medicines and chemicals.d) waste not eligible for medical waste generated in the household as a result of accepting medicinal products in the form of injections and monitoring the level of substances in blood, especially needles and syringes,e) used batteries and accumulators,f) used electrical and electronic equipment, used tyres,g) furniture and bulky waste,h) construction and demolition waste constituting municipal waste,i) waste textiles and clothing,3) collection of hazardous municipal waste, i.e. 3) collection of hazardous municipal waste, i.e. solvents, acids, alkalis, fluorescent lamps, oils, fats, paints, inks, batteries and accumulators, fluorescent and light bulbs, etc. (all listed in the current waste catalogue in the waste group 20, i.e. 20 01 13*, 20 01 14*, 20 01 15*, 20 01 17*, 20 01 19*, 20 01 21*, 20 01 23*, 20 01 26*, 20 01 27*, 20 01 29*, 20 01 31*, 20 01 33*, 20 01 35*, 20 01 37* and waste in code 15 01 10*) - through a mobile municipal waste selective collection point and PSZOK;4) offering property owners to buy or rent containers. The purchase or lease will be the subject of an appropriate agreement between the Contractor and the property owner. The offered containers must be clean and aesthetic. The cost of selling or renting the containers cannot be included in the order price. In the case of real estate developed with multi-purpose buildings, the owner of the real estate is understood, according to the Act on Maintaining Cleanliness and Order in Communes, as the property manager. Therefore, pursuant to the above, the delivery of the containers for multi-family buildings may be performed under an appropriate agreement between the Contractor and the property manager;5) emptying the street baskets from the Zakroczym municipality.3 Detailed description of the subject matter of the order is specified in Appendix 1 to the ToR. The subject matter of the contract is the provision by the Contractor of the service consisting in collection and management of municipal waste from the Municipal Office in Zakroczym in the period from 1.1.2021 to 31.12.2021 in a manner ensuring achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and reduction of the weight of biodegradable municipal waste transferred for storage, in accordance with the provisions of the Act on Maintaining Cleanliness and Order in Communes, provisions of the Provincial Waste Management Plan, provisions of the Regulations on Maintaining Cleanliness and Order in the Municipality of Zakroczym and other applicable laws (including local law).The scope of the contract includes municipal waste collection from the Municipal Office in Zakroczym, located at 7 Warszawska Street, 05-170 Zakroczym, POLAND, including:1) collection of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste;2) collection of segregated waste (paper, metals, plastics, glass, multi-material packaging waste);3) biodegradable waste, with particular emphasis on bio-waste.3The collection of waste will be carried out in a mixed container-and-bag system.4 Detailed description of the subject of the order is specified in Annex 1 to the ToR.
