Description

The scope of this order includes collection and management, i.e. recovery or neutralisation of waste indicated in the order description from properties located in the Pyrzyce commune where the residents live in a manner ensuring achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods, and reduction of the weight of biodegradable waste transferred for storage, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996. on maintaining cleanliness and order in the communes (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2019, item 2010 as amended), the provisions of the Voivodeship Waste Management Plan (WPGO) approved by the Resolution of the West Pomeranian Parliament No. XVIII/321/16 of 27 December 2016 on the adoption of the Waste Management Plan for the West Pomeranian Voivodeship for the years 2016-2022 with an outlook for 2023-2028, and in accordance with the Rules of Procedure for maintaining cleanliness and order in the area of the commune of Pyrzyce in force at the time of the agreement.
The service of collecting municipal waste from the owners of properties inhabiting the Pyrzyce commune and their management includes the following types of waste: a) unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste; b) biodegradable waste, including biodegradable packaging waste and green waste collected in a selective manner; c) paper, cardboard, magazines, etc, (c) paper, cardboard, magazines, etc., including packaging; (d) plastics; (e) metal; (f) glass; (g) tetra Pak multi-material packaging; (h) bulky waste; (i) waste electrical and electronic equipment; (j) waste batteries and accumulators; (k) waste fluorescent tubes and other mercury-containing waste (e.g. waste from the production of plastics, glass, etc.). m) chemicals generated only in the household (residues of paints, varnishes, adhesives, solvents, plant protection products and their packaging, used oils, etc.); n) used tyres from passenger cars; m) construction and demolition waste, including tar paper generated in the household; o) ashes; p) natural Christmas trees, provided that their collection will be carried out in the period from 2 January to 15 February.1Management of collected municipal waste in accordance with the guidelines adopted in the law and the Voivodeship Waste Management Plan for the West Pomeranian Province (WPGO).2 The area of the Pyrzyce commune is 205 km 2.3. The anticipated amount of produced municipal waste to be collected and managed during the term of the agreement is about 1 936.00 Mg, including:1) mixed municipal waste - about 1 418.00 Mg;2) selectively collected waste - about 336.00 Mg;3) bulky waste - about 19.00 Mg;4) waste delivered to PSZOK - about 163.00 Mg.4As of 1 March 2020 the population of the commune of Pyrzyce amounts to 18 220, of which: a) town - 11 698 people;b) village - 6 522 people;c) single-family houses - 9 940 people;d) multi-family houses - 8 280 people.4According to the declarations submitted, the number of inhabitants is 15,161, including: a) town - 10,010 people;b) village - 5,151 people.4.2 The expected number of serviced real estates - 2 970, of which: a) urban area: - single-family houses - about 1 100, - multi-family houses - about 140, b) rural area: - single-family houses - about 140. 1 700,- multi-family buildings - about 30.4.3.
