Description

The subject of the contract is the service of collecting municipal waste and its management from owners of residential and non-residential properties in the Szerzyny Municipality, in a manner that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods, as well as reduction of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill. The expected amount of waste collected in 2024 is 1,300 MG.
owners of residential and non-residential properties in the Szerzyny Municipality, in a manner that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods, and limitation of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred for landfilling, in accordance with the Act of September 13, 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2023. item 1469), the provisions of Resolution No. V/34/19 of the Assembly of the Małopolska Voivodeship of January 28, 2019 on amending Resolution No. XI/125/03 of the Assembly of the Małopolska Voivodeship of August 25, 2003 on "Waste Management Plan of the Małopolska Voivodeship for 2016-2022" and the provisions of the Regulations on Maintaining Cleanliness and Order in Szerzyny Municipality.The area of Szerzyny Municipality is 82 km2. The registered population as of July 30, 2023 was 7696 people. To date, the collection of municipal waste is covered by approx. 1,900 households located in 5 villages of Szerzyny Municipality: Szerzyny, Ołpiny, Czermna, Żurowa, Swoszowa.Non-occupied properties on which municipal waste is generated in Szerzyny Municipality are in particular: 1. elementary school - 5,2. kindergartens - 3,3. health centers - 3, 4. Roman Catholic parishes - 5, 5. parish cemeteries - 6, 6. fire stations - 6, 7. business activities, companies (stores, sawmills, manufacturing companies, wholesalers, catering establishments, gas stations, pharmacies, etc.). - Approximately 125.The Contractor will obtain permanent limited access to the current list of non-residential properties where waste is generated, in order to be able to service these properties.Note: The number of properties given is an approximate number. The contracting authority reserves the right to change the number of waste collection points. Their number during the period of execution of the contract may change.The amount of waste exported in 2022 is 673.48 Mg of non-segregated and about 606.919 Mg of segregated waste (paper, glass, plastics, metal, bulky waste, waste electrical and electronic equipment).The subject of the contract is not the collection of liquid waste, waste of unknown origin, waste of composition inconsistent with the requirements for waste handling. Collection, removal and management of waste should be carried out in accordance with the guidelines of the Provincial Waste Management Plan, Municipal Waste Management Plan, Regulations for Maintaining Cleanliness and Order in the Municipality of Szerzyny and the applicable provisions of Polish law.Note: The amount of waste generated and collected from the municipality of Szerzyny is not dependent on the Ordering Party. The above quantities of waste should be considered approximate. The Contractor shall not be entitled to additional remuneration or compensation for collecting waste generated in other quantities.2.The scope of the contract includes collection and management of:2.1. Collection and management of mixed unsegregated municipal waste with code 20 03 01 collected in bags or containers, located at residential buildings, workplaces, retail and service outlets, schools, institutions and other entities, as well as streets and squares,2.Collection and management of segregated ( collected in a selective manner ) waste: paper, metals, plastics, school, multi-material packaging waste, biodegradable waste.2..3 From the Municipal Selective Waste Collection Point in Szerzyny. 2.4 In addition, furniture and other bulky waste shall additionally be collected at the waste collection point 2 times a year according to the established schedule.
