Description
The subject matter of the contract is a service consisting of collection, transport and management of municipal waste transferred to the Municipal Selective Waste Collection Point (hereinafter referred to as the PSZOK) at 18 Krzywa Street in Zielonka.
(1) The subject of the contract is the service of collection, transport and management of municipal waste transferred to the Municipal Selective Waste Collection Point (hereinafter PSZOK) at Krzywa 18 Street in Zielonka. The Contractor will collect the following waste from the PSZOK: 1) bio-waste, e.g.: green waste (which includes, among other things, cut grass, cut fragments of perennials and vegetables, small branches of trees and shrubs, vegetable waste, household waste), leftovers of cooked vegetables, fruit and vegetable peelings, nut shells, used tea bags, wood ash and leaves, 2) furniture and bulky waste, e.g. household furniture, garden furniture, home furnishings, sports equipment, children's toys, strollers and baby walkers, chandeliers, carpets, rugs, carpeting and plastic, closets, cabinets, tables, chairs, sofas, sofas, armchairs, etc.., 3) construction and demolition waste such as.: waste from concrete, concrete rubble, from demolition and renovation, brick rubble, mixed waste from concrete, brick rubble, waste ceramic materials (glazed tiles, terracotta, porcelain stoneware), cut ceramic tiles, waste plasterboard, cut plaster, aluminum profiles, waste gypsum, steel rods, wood waste from renovation or demolition, mixed waste from construction and renovation (plastic tubes, metal pipes, ceramic tiles, plaster, wallpaper) - only in quantities indicating that they come from minor repair and construction work carried out by residents), 4) waste roofing paper, ondulin, mineral wool, 5) Styrofoam, 6) chemicals, 7) expired medicines, 8) used oils, 9) used tires, 10) ash and slag from household furnaces, 11) textiles. Waste will be collected in the following containers/specialized containers: 1) bio-waste - container KP-7; 2) furniture and bulky waste - container KP-7; 3) construction and demolition waste - container KP-5; 4) waste roofing paper, ondulin, mineral wool - container KP-7; 5) polystyrene foam - specialized container; 6) chemicals - specialized container; 7) expired medicines - specialized container; 8) used oils - specialized container; 9) used tires - KP-7 container; 10) ash and cinders from household furnaces - KP-5 container (lockable); 11) textiles - KP-5 container (lockable). The contracting authority estimates that the following mass of waste should be collected from the PSZOK during the contract period: 1) bio-waste (PSZOK) ~ 131 Mg; 2) bulky waste ~ 472 Mg; 3) construction and demolition waste ~ 394 Mg; 4) waste paper, ondulin, mineral wool ~22 Mg; 5) polystyrene ~ 2 Mg; 6) chemicals ~ 23 Mg; 7) expired medicines ~ 3.5 Mg; 8) used oils ~1 Mg; 9) used tires ~ 36 Mg; 10) ash and slag from household furnaces ~ 10 Mg; 11) textiles ~ 2 Mg. NOTE: The Employer stipulates that the above quantities of waste, specified in the description of the subject of the contract, are estimated quantities and may be subject to change. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract (OPZ) is contained in Annex No. 12 to the Terms of Reference. Pursuant to art. 95 item 1 of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority requires employment by the Contractor or Subcontractor on the basis of a labor contract within the meaning of the Act of June 26, 1974. - Labor Code (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1465), of persons performing activities related to the execution of the subject matter of the contract, such as: vehicle drivers and manual workers performing work related to the collection, transportation and loading of waste, if the performance of these activities involves the performance of work as specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of June 26, 1974. - Labor Code (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1465). The detailed requirements for the employment of employees and the manner of verification and control of the contractor's or subcontractor's fulfillment of the requirements related to the employment of these persons are specified in § 12 of the draft agreement, attached as Appendix No. 11 to the SWZ.
