Description
The subject matter of the contract is a service consisting in collection and management (recovery or disposal) of municipal waste from all owners of residential properties and some not inhabited properties as well as collection and management of waste from the Municipal Waste Selective Collection Facility (MSWPC) in the area of the Commune of Lubrza in a manner ensuring achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and levels of reduction of biodegradable municipal waste landfill mass.
The subject matter of the contract is a service consisting in collection and management (recovery or neutralisation) of municipal waste from all owners of residential and some non-residential properties as well as collection and management of waste from the Municipal Waste Collecting Facility (PSZOK) in the Commune of Lubrza in a manner ensuring achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods as well as levels of reduction of biodegradable municipal waste storage.2. The scope of the contract covers collection of municipal waste: a) mixed municipal waste (code 20 03 01), waste remains after sorting,b) selectively collected municipal waste paper (20 01 01, 15 01 01), glass (20 01 02, 15 01 07), plastics (20 01 39, 15 01 02) and multi-material packaging (15 01 05), mixed packaging waste (15 01 06), biodegradable kitchen waste (20 01 08), green waste (20 02 01), metal waste (15 01 04, 20 01 40), out-of-date medicines (20 01 32) and chemicals (paints, detergents, etc.) (code 20 01 35, 20 01 36) 20 01 32) and chemicals (paints, detergents, etc.) (20 01 27*, 20 01 28, 20 01 29*, 20 01 30), used batteries and accumulators (20 01 33*, 20 01 34), used electrical and electronic equipment (20 01 35*, 20 01 36), furniture and other bulky waste (20 03 07), construction and demolition waste (17 01 01, 17 01 02, 17 01 03, 17 01 07, furniture and other large-size waste (20 03 07), construction and demolition waste (17 01 01, 17 01 02, 17 01 03, 17 01 07, 17 01 80), used tyres (16 01 03), waste not classified as medical waste produced in households as a result of accepting medicinal products in the form of injections and monitoring the level of substances in blood, particularly needles and syringes (20 01 99). 3.
