Description

The subject matter of the contract is the collection, transport and management of unsorted municipal waste (mixed) and selectively collected from residential and non-residential property owners in the Municipality of Rogowo. In particular, the subject matter of the contract shall include: collection, transport and management of an unlimited amount of municipal waste not segregated (mixed) and collected in a selective manner; collection, transport and management of collected municipal waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK); collection, transport and management of waste electrical and electronic equipment, furniture and other bulky waste - twice a year "exhibition"; providing all property owners with containers and bags for municipal waste collection; collection of mixed municipal waste from containers and segregated waste from bells maximum 72 hours after notification
The subject matter of the contract is the collection, transport and management of municipal waste not segregated (mixed) and selectively collected from residential and non-residential property owners in the Municipality of Rogowo for a period of 12 months - from 1 January 2022 to 31 December 2022 in a manner consistent with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on Maintaining Cleanliness and Order in Communes (Journal of Laws of 2021, item .U. of 2021, item 888, as amended), the provisions of the "Waste management plan of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Province for the years 2016-2022 with an outlook for the years 2023-2028", adopted by a resolution of the Sejmik of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Province no. XXXII/545/17 of 29 May 2017, as well as the provisions arising from the Rogowo Municipality's Rules for Maintaining Cleanliness and Order in the Borough, and other provisions of statutory and local law. In particular, the subject matter of the contract includes: collection and management of mixed municipal waste from properties within the administrative boundaries of the Municipality of Rogowo; collection and management of selectively collected municipal waste, including biodegradable waste "BIO" from properties within the administrative boundaries of the Municipality of Rogowo; collection and management of selectively collected municipal waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point located at 1a Jeziorna Street in Rogowo. Collection, transport and management of unlimited amount of municipal waste not segregated (mixed) and selectively collected from owners of residential and non-residential properties, where waste is produced; collection, transport and management of municipal waste collected from the Municipal Waste Selective Collection Point (PSZOK);Collection, transport and management of waste electrical and electronic equipment, furniture and other bulky waste - twice a year "exhibition"; providing all property owners with containers and bags for municipal waste collection; collection of mixed municipal waste from containers and segregated waste from bells - maximum 72 hours from the moment of telephone notification. 2) Rogowo Commune is typically an agricultural municipality. Most of the economic activity is related to wholesale and retail trade, automotive repair, construction, education and accommodation. In multi-family housing (housing cooperatives, communities) resides 162 residents. In addition, in the municipality there are 27 educational and cultural facilities (schools, community centers), 107 business and public utility properties, including 644 residents, 39 recreational and leisure properties (seasonal residence), with approximately 78 residents. There are four parish cemeteries in the Rogowo Commune: Czewujewo, Lubcz, Gościeszyn and Rogowo. The number of residents registered in the Rogowo Municipality as of 31 August 2021 is 6,722. The number of residents (included in the municipal waste management system) in the Rogowo Municipality is 5,730 (as of 31 August 2021). 4) The Rogowo Municipality includes the following towns: Budzisław, Bożacin, Cotoń, Cegielnia, Czewujewo, Gałęzewo, Gałęzewko, Gołąbki, Gostomka, Gościeszyn, Gościeszynek, Grochowiska Szlacheckie, Grochowiska Księże, Izdebno, Jeziora, Lubcz, Łaziska, Mięcierzyn, Niedźwiady, Recz, Rogowo, Rogówko, Ryszewo, Rzym, Sarnówko, Skórki, Szkółki, Ustroń, Wiewiórczyn, Wola, Zalesie and Złotniki. List of settlements with the following list: number of residents, educational buildings (schools), business and public buildings (office, bank, etc.) and seasonal residence. 5) Collection of segregated waste from containers: a) DZWON type. Distribution of DZWON type containers for selective waste collection taking into account their number 6) Surface of the entire commune - 178,56 km2.
