Description

The subject matter of the contract shall include: a) collection of municipal waste from three Points of Selective Municipal Waste Collection (PSZOK) located in the area of the Municipalities of Chrzanów, Libiąż and Trzebinia; b) management of all waste collected at the said PSZOKs; c) furnishing of three (each individually) Points of Selective Municipal Waste Collection (PSZOK) with containers for waste supplied by the inhabitants to the said PSZOK.
The subject matter of the contract includes: a) collection of municipal waste from the point of selective collection of municipal waste (PSZOK) located in the commune of Chrzanów - 5 Stara Huta Street, the town of Chrzanów, in the period from 1.9.2021 to 31.12.2022;b) management of all waste collected in this PSZOK;c) equipping the point of selective collection of municipal waste (PSZOK) in Chrzanów with containers and receptacles for waste supplied by inhabitants.A detailed description of the order has been specified in the description of the subject matter of the contract constituting Appendix No. 7 to this Terms of Reference. - In case of termination of employment by the employer or employee performing the above mentioned activities before the end of the period of performance, the Contractor is obliged to employ another person in this place under an employment contract. The subject matter of the contract includes: a) collection of municipal waste from the selective municipal waste collection point (PSZOK) located in the commune of Libiąż - Gromiecka Street with no number, the city of Libiąż, in the period from 1.9.2021 to 31.12.2022;b) management of all waste collected in this PSZOK;c) equipping the selective municipal waste collection point (PSZOK) in Libiąż with containers and receptacles for waste supplied by residents.A detailed description of the order has been specified in the description of the subject matter of the contract constituting Attachment No. 7 to this SWZ. - In case of termination of employment by the employer or employee performing the above mentioned activities before the end of the period of performance, the Contractor is obliged to employ another person in this place under an employment contract. The subject matter of the contract includes: a) collection of municipal waste from the municipal waste selective collection point (PSZOK) located in the commune of Trzebinia - Piłsudskiego street without number, the city of Trzebinia, in the period from 1.9.2021 to 31.12.A detailed description of the order has been specified in the description of the subject matter of the contract constituting Appendix No. 7 to this SWZZ. - The Contractor shall be obliged to employ, on the basis of an employment contract, within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of 26 June 1974 Labour Code, persons who perform the activities necessary for the performance of the subject matter of the contract, i.e. drivers - driving vehicles adapted for transporting waste and physical workers - loading and unloading containers with waste.
