The subject matter of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from residential and non-residential property owners and PSZOK in the Brudzeń Duży Community. 1.
The subject matter of the present contract is collection and management of municipal waste from 1) inhabited properties; 2) recreational and holiday properties; 3) uninhabited properties - included in the municipal waste collection system organized by the Commune of Brudzeń Duży; 4) mixed properties; 5) PSZOK located on the premises of the Sewage Treatment Plant in Siecień, at the address Siecień 53B, - taking into account the frequency of municipal waste collection specified in the "OPZ".2. Within the performance of the provisions of this agreement, the Contractor is obliged to: 1) collection and management of municipal waste from residential properties (including parts of residential mixed properties), recreational and holiday properties.2) collection and management of municipal waste from non-residential (including parts of non-residential mixed properties) 3) collection and management of municipal waste from PSZOK.3. The subject matter of the contract also includes: 1) equipping inhabited properties (including parts of inhabited mixed properties) and recreational and holiday properties with bags intended for selective collection of municipal waste; 2) equipping property owners with municipal waste collection schedules for 2022 and 2023; 3) cooperation of the Contractor with the Ordering Party on "sealing" of the waste management system, in particular through current submission to the Ordering Party, according to the rules specified in the "OPZ", of cases: (a) issuance for collection of municipal waste from properties not declared for service in a given calendar month; (b) issuance for collection of improper waste,(c) ascertainment of failure by property owners to comply with the obligation of selective collection of municipal waste referred to in Art. 6ka section 1 of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities.
