Description

The services should be performed on the basis of material elaborations of the elimination of illegal waste dumps constituting Annex 6 to the ToR. The scope of work includes, but is not limited toa) Sorting (segregation) of waste (it is allowed to sort waste after transporting it to the Contractor's installation (if the Contractor has the appropriate permits),b) Loading on vehicles segregated waste,c) Transporting waste to the place of its collection or processing,d) In case of hazardous waste transfer to final recovery process or final disposal process by holder of waste carrying out such process, e) Disintegration of area with remaining soil after waste sorting, f) Marking of area by placing information boards.
Liquidation of illegal waste dumps located on: - plot No. 914/5 AM-3, outskirts of Łagiewniki, Łagiewniki commune - municipal waste, plastics, furniture, packaging waste, waste from used vehicles, plastic offcuts municipal waste, car parts, tyres, bags filled with glass and plastic waste, elements of sanitary fixtures3.5 The subjects of the contract cannot be divided by the Economic Operators, offers that do not contain the full scope of the subject matter of the contract specified in the partial task will be rejected.3.6 The services shall be performed on the basis of material reports on the elimination of illegal waste dumps, attached as appendix 6 to the ToR.3.7 The scope of work includes, but is not limited to:a) Sorting (segregation) of waste (it is allowed to sort waste after transporting it to the Contractor's installation (if the Contractor has the relevant permits),b) Loading on vehicles segregated waste,c) Transporting waste to the place of its collection or processing,d) In the case of hazardous waste, transferring to the final recovery process or final disposal process by the holder of the waste who conducts such a pro-cess,e) Disposing of the area with the remaining soil after waste sorting,f) Marking the area by placing information boards about the prohibition of dumping waste.3.8 Additional duties of the Contractor:a) Taking over the area of illegal dumps.
