The subject matter of the contract is "collection, transport and disposal of waste from the area of the Town and Municipality of Muszyna".2. TASK NO. 1 PLASTICS - COLLECTION, TRANSPORT AND DISPOSAL OF WASTE B. TASK NO. 2 MIXED WASTE - COLLECTION, TRANSPORT AND DISPOSAL OF WASTEC. TASK NO. 3: BULKY WASTE - COLLECTION, REMOVAL AND DISPOSAL OF WASTE TASK NO. 4: OUTDATED DRUGS - COLLECTION, REMOVAL AND NEUTRALISATION OF WASTE TASK NO. 5 BIODEGRADABLE WASTE - COLLECTION, REMOVAL AND NEUTRALISATION OF WASTE. TASK NO. 6 - WASTE USED TYRES - COLLECTION, REMOVAL AND NEUTRALISATION OF WASTE. TASK NO. 7 SEWAGE SLUDGE - COLLECTION, COLLECTION AND TREATMENT OF WASTE. TASK NO. 8 PIASEK AND SKRATS - collection, removal and disposal of wasteDetailed description of the subject matter of the contract is provided in Chapter IV of the Terms of Reference (SWZ).
1) The subject matter of the contract covers rendering the service of collection, removal and disposal of plastic waste from selective collection in the amount of approx. 300.00 Mg (tons), pursuant to the requirements defined in the act on waste of 14 December 2012 and executory acts. 2) Within the scope of the contract the Contractor shall be obliged in particular to:a) deliver to the designated place within the area of the Town and Municipality of Muszyna min. two containers with a capacity of min. 30-35 m3 for waste collection; b) collection of waste classified in the waste catalogue under the following codes: 20 01 39, 15 01 02, 15 01 05, 20 01 40, 15 01 04; c) successive collection of two filled containers, in place of containers containing waste collected, leaving the same number of empty containers. The Ordering Party shall notify the Contractor by phone of the need to collect waste. Collection shall take place from the place indicated by the Ordering Party on the territory of the Town and Municipality of Muszyna, e.g. from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point in Muszyna and Powroznik, on working days during the working hours of the Ordering Party, i.e. from Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm. Waste loading into containers shall be performed by the Ordering Party;d) as part of collection operations, the Contractor undertakes to remove empty containers for swap from transport trucks and to load containers with waste onto these trucks;e) removal and disposal of plastic waste.3a) permanent and legible marking of vehicles, in a visible place, with the company name, address data and telephone number of the Contractor;b) protection against uncontrolled release of waste during storage, handling and transport;c) construction of vehicles that will protect the transported waste against dispersion and spraying and minimize the impact of atmospheric factors on waste;d) vehicles for waste transport that meet detailed requirements for vehicles, in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Environment of 11 January 2013. on the detailed requirements for collecting municipal waste from property owners.4) In the year 2022 from the area of the Town and Municipality of Muszyna it is planned to transport an estimated 250,00 tons of plastic waste collected selectively.5) The Ordering Party reserves the right to deliver waste with own transport after prior notification of this fact to the Contractor. 1) The subject matter of the contract covers provision of collection, export and disposal of approx. 2 200.00 Mg (tons) of non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste to a mechanical and biological waste processing plant, in accordance with the requirements laid down in the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 and secondary legislation. 2) Within the scope of the contract the Contractor is obliged in particular to:a) deliver to the designated place within the area of the Town and Municipality of Muszyna three containers with a capacity of min. 30-35 m3 for waste collection; b) collection of waste classified in the waste catalogue under the codes 20 03 01;f) successive collection of two filled containers, in place of containers containing waste collected, leaving the same number of empty containers. The Ordering Party shall notify the Contractor by phone of the need to collect waste. Collection shall take place from the place indicated by the Ordering Party on the territory of the Town and Municipality of Muszyna, e.g. from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point in Muszyna and Powroznik, on working days during the working hours of the Ordering Party, i.e. from Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm. Waste loading into containers is performed by the Ordering Party; c) The Contractor undertakes to collect and transport to recovery or neutralisation sites containers containing waste after receiving information from the manager by phone and in the BDO system on the same day from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Moreover, the Contractor undertakes to collect waste and transport it to recovery or neutralisation sites on each notification of the Ordering Party, in the number of containers containing waste indicated in the notification. In such a case, collection shall take place on the same day following the notification, between 2:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m., irrespective of collection provided for in the preceding sentence;d) within the framework of collection operations, the Contractor undertakes to remove empty containers for swap from transport trucks and to load containers with waste onto these trucks;e) transport of waste to recovery or neutralisation sites;f) mechanical treatment of collected waste;g) utilisation of secondary raw materials from collected waste;h) neutralisation of residues from mechanical treatment of collected waste.3a) permanent and legible marking of vehicles, in a visible place, with the company name, address data and telephone number of the Contractor;b) protection against uncontrolled release of waste during storage, handling and transport;c) construction of vehicles that will protect the transported waste against dispersion and spraying and minimize the impact of atmospheric factors on waste;d) vehicles for waste transport that meet detailed requirements for vehicles pursuant to the Regulation of the Minister of Environment of 11 January 2013. on the detailed requirements for collecting municipal waste from property owners. 1) The subject matter of the contract shall include provision of services of collection, transport and disposal of bulky waste in the amount of approx. 350.00 Mg (tons), in accordance with the requirements set out in the Act on Waste of 14 December 2012 together with secondary legislation.2) Within the scope of performance of the subject matter of the contract the Contractor shall in particular be obliged to:a) deliver to the designated place within the Town and Municipality of Muszyna min. two containers with a capacity of min. 30-35 m3 for waste collection; b) collection of waste classified in the waste catalogue under the codes 20 03 07, c) successive collection of two filled containers, in place of containers containing waste collected, leaving the same number of empty containers. The Ordering Party shall notify the Contractor by phone of the need to collect waste. Collection shall take place from the place indicated by the Ordering Party on the territory of the Town and Municipality of Muszyna, e.g. from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point in Muszyna and Powroznik, on working days during the working hours of the Ordering Party, i.e. from Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm. Waste loading into containers shall be performed by the Ordering Party;d) as part of collection operations, the Contractor undertakes to remove empty containers for swap from transport vehicles and to load containers with waste onto these vehicles;e) removal and disposal of bulky waste.3The Contractor is obliged to ensure: e) permanent and legible marking of vehicles, in a visible place, with the company name, address data and telephone number of the Contractor;f) protection against uncontrolled release of waste during storage, handling and transport;g) construction of vehicles that will protect the transported waste against dispersion and spraying and minimize the impact of atmospheric factors on waste;h) vehicles for waste transport that meet detailed requirements for vehicles, in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Environment of 11 January 2013. on the detailed requirements for collecting municipal waste from property owners.8) In the year 2022 from the area of the Town and Municipality of Muszyna an estimated 350.00 tons of waste is planned to be transported.9) The Ordering Party reserves the right to deliver waste with their own transport after prior notification to the Contractor. 1) The subject matter of the contract covers servicing of specialist containers for collection of out-of-date medicines, collection, transport and disposal of out-of-date medicines from pharmacies and pharmaceutical points located within the administrative borders of the Muszyna commune, indicated in appendix no 1 to the SWZ. The subject matter of the contract covers waste classified under the following codes 20 01 32.2) The Ordering Party reserves the right to indicate additional waste collection places, other than those listed in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, during the duration of the subject matter of the contract, if such a need arises. 3) The expected quantity of drugs to be collected during the whole period of the contract is approx. 0.4 Mg (tons). 4) Expired drugs shall be collected in specialist containers for collection of expired drugs. 6) The Contractor's responsibilities include ensuring: a) protection against uncontrolled outflow of waste during storage, handling and transport; b) construction of vehicles which will protect the transported waste against dispersing and spraying and minimise the impact of atmospheric factors on the waste. 1) The subject matter of the order is to provide services of collection, transport and disposal of biodegradable municipal waste in the amount of approx. 30.00 Mg (tons) to the RIPOK installations KOMPOSTECH in Nowy Sącz, in accordance with the requirements set out in the Waste Act of 14 December 2012, together with implementing acts. The subject matter of the order covers waste classified under the following codes: 20 02 01, 20 01 08.2) Within the scope of the execution of the subject matter of the contract, the Contractor shall be obliged to:2.1) Collect biodegradable municipal waste from the place indicated by the Ordering Party on the territory of the Town and Municipality of Muszyna, 2.2) Collect biodegradable municipal waste with a transport adapted for this purpose.2.3) Containers are left to be loaded on the loading site by removing them from carriers/vehicles.3) Biodegradable waste is loaded into containers by the Client.4) The Client will notify the Contractor by phone about the need to collect biodegradable waste. Biodegradable waste will be collected from the place indicated by the Client in the Muszyna Commune on working days during the Client's working hours, i.e. from Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm. 5) The Contractor's obligations include ensuring: a) permanent and legible marking of vehicles, in a visible place, with the company name, address data and telephone number of the Contractor;b) protection against uncontrolled release of waste during storage, handling and transport;c) construction of vehicles which will protect the transported waste against dispersing and spraying and minimize the impact of atmospheric factors on the waste;d) vehicles for waste transport which meet detailed requirements for vehicles, in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Environment of 11 January 2013. on the detailed requirements for collecting municipal waste from property owners. 1) Within the scope of performance of the subject matter of the contract the Contractor shall be obliged in particular to collect waste used tyres from the Municipal Waste Selective Collection Point in the Town and Municipality of Muszyna. The subject matter of the contract covers waste classified under the following codes 16 01 03. 2) The Ordering Party orders and the Contractor undertakes to manage, in the manner referred to in item 4, waste in the amount of approximately 12.00 Mg (tons). 3) The Contractor undertakes to deliver to the designated place containers with a capacity of min. 30-35 m3 for waste disposal. The containers shall be successively collected when full.4) Within the scope of performance of the contract, the Contractor shall be obliged to: 4.1) Collect waste from the place indicated by the Principal referred to in sec. 1 and transport it to recovery or neutralisation sites.4.2) Mechanical treatment of collected waste.4.3) Management of secondary raw materials from collected waste.4.4) Disposal of residues from mechanical treatment of collected waste.4.5) Placing containers at a loading site for loading by the Contractor by removing them from carriers/vehicles.5) The Ordering Party shall perform the work of loading waste into containers. 7) Each time the Contractor collects waste from a Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point, they undertake to leave at the place of collection, in place of the containers containing waste, the same number of empty containers. 8) As part of the collection operations the Contractor undertakes to remove empty containers from the vehicles used for transport and to load containers with waste onto these vehicles. 9) The Contractor undertakes to collect and transport containers with waste to places of recovery or disposal upon information that they are full within the shortest possible time, no later than one working day from Monday to Friday inclusive, except for days off work for the Principal. Waste collection shall take place between 7.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. In addition, the Contractor undertakes to collect waste and transport it to recovery or neutralisation sites at each request of the Ordering Party, in the number of waste containers indicated in the request. In such a case, collection will take place on the day following the notification, between 7:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., regardless of collection provided for in the previous sentence.10) The Contractor's obligations include ensuring: a) protection against uncontrolled outflow of waste during storage, handling and transport; b) construction of vehicles which will protect the transported waste against dispersing and spraying and minimize the impact of atmospheric factors on waste; c) vehicles for waste transport which meet detailed requirements for vehicles pursuant to the Regulation of the Minister of Environment of 11 January 2013 on detailed requirements for collection of municipal waste from property owners. 1) The subject matter of the contract is the collection, transport and recovery by composting (recovery process - R3) of stabilised municipal sewage sludge of approx. 20% dewatered on a decanter centrifuge (waste code: 19 08 05) from the sewage treatment plant in Muszyna. 2) At the time of collection with own means of transport the Contractor becomes their owner and takes full responsibility for their further management, including transport and processing, which should be in accordance with the permits held, including a decision permitting a business activity in the field of collection, transport, recovery and disposal of waste with code 19 08 05. The order must be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste and secondary legislation. 350 Mg of municipal sewage sludge.44) During the period of performance of the subject matter of the contract the Contractor shall be obliged to: a) provide their own transport to collect municipal sewage sludge in accordance with the holding permission, b) collect sludge with their own containers (sludge is stored in the Ordering Party's containers with a capacity of 7 m³ - there is a possibility of reloading sludge into larger containers - the method of collection to be agreed with the Ordering Party).5) The Contractor's responsibilities include a) collection of stabilized sewage sludge from the sewage treatment plant within 48h from the day of notification (e-mail or telephone notification),b) permanent and legible marking of vehicles, in a visible place, with the name of the company and address data and telephone number of the Contractor;c) protection against uncontrolled escape of waste to the outside, during its storage, handling and transport;d) construction of vehicles, which will protect the transported waste against dispersion and spraying and minimize the impact of atmospheric factors on waste;e) vehicles for waste transport, which meet detailed requirements for vehicles, in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Environment of 11 January 2013. on the detailed requirements for collecting municipal waste from property owners. 1) The subject matter of the contract includes provision of collection, transport and disposal of waste with codes compliant with the Regulation of the Minister of Climate of 2 January 2020 on the waste catalogue, i.e. screenings 19-08-01 in an amount of 40 Mg (tons) and contents of sand traps 19-08-02 in an amount of 20 Mg (tons) coming from the sewage treatment plants in Muszyna, Andrzejówka and Żegiestów.2) The amount of waste generated depends on the quantity and quality of sewage flowing into the sewage treatment plants. 3) As part of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to: a) leave for loading min. a) leave for loading min. 2 metal containers with a capacity of 20 m³ on the loading site by removing them from carriers/vehicles. b) collection of screenings and grit chamber contents from the place indicated by the Ordering Party, i.e. waste water treatment plants in Muszyna, Andrzejówka and Żegiestów. The Ordering Party shall notify the Contractor of the need to collect waste by phone. Waste collection shall take place from the place indicated by the Ordering Party on the territory of the Town and Municipality of Muszyna within two days from the date of receiving a telephone notification from the Ordering Party, from Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 2:00 pm.d) disposal of waste in the form of screenings with code number 19-08-01 and contents of sand traps with code number 19-08-02 from sewage treatment plants in Muszyna, Andrzejówka and Żegiestów.a) permanent and legible marking of vehicles, in a visible place, with the company name and address data and telephone number of the Contractor;b) protection against uncontrolled release of waste during storage, handling and transport;c) construction of vehicles that will protect the transported waste against dispersing and spraying and minimize the impact of atmospheric factors on the waste;d) vehicles for waste transport that meet detailed requirements for vehicles, in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Environment of 11 January 2013. e) vehicles that meet the requirements specified by the law, in particular they are leak-proof (they do not cause leakages), stable (they prevent sludge, screenings and sandbox contents from falling down and getting outside the vehicle), have loading capacity and strength adjusted to the removal of screenings and sandbox contents.
