Description

The subject matter of the contract includes collection, transport and management of municipal waste from residential properties in the municipality of Brody, as well as from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (hereinafter: PSZOK) in Krynki. The subject matter of the contract covers collection, transport and management of municipal waste from residential properties in the municipality of Brody, as well as from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (hereinafter: PSZOK) in Krynki.Non-segregated municipal waste will be collected from the residents:Municipal waste collected in a selective way "at source" divided into fractions:-paper and cardboard;-glass;-plastics, multi-material packaging and metals;-bio-waste;-ash;Large-size waste, which due to its size cannot be collected in standard waste containers and/or bags, e.g. old furniture, carpets, carpets, furniture, etc.Old furniture, carpets, floor coverings etc.Hazardous waste, such as paints, varnishes, paint and solvent packaging, fluorescent lamps, batteries and accumulators, expired medicines; Used tyres (from passenger cars).Municipal waste collected in a selective way, divided into the following fractions: cardboard and paper, glass, plastics, multi-material packaging;- Large-size waste;- Waste electrical and electronic equipment;- Used tyres (from passenger cars and agricultural machinery);- Construction and demolition waste, e.g. roofing paper, foamed polystyrene, foamed polystyreneConstruction and demolition waste, including tar paper, foamed polystyrene and mineral wool, rubbleHazardous waste, such as paints, varnishes, paint and solvent packaging, fluorescent lamps; - Used batteries and accumulators; - Non-medical waste produced in households as a result of injecting medicines and monitoring the level of substances in blood, in particular needles and syringes; - Out-of-date medicines; - Biological waste.The Ordering Party informs that it will provide service of waste reception in PSZOK.The detailed subject matter of the contract is presented in the Terms of Reference.The Ordering Party requires the employment by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment relationship, within the meaning of Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 Labour Code, of persons performing the indicated activities related to the execution of the contract.The Economic Operator whose tender has been selected as the most advantageous, before concluding the contract is obliged to submit the following documents to the Contracting Authority3) Submitting information on the persons authorised to conclude the contract and presenting their powers of attorney, if necessary;4) Submitting a statement attached to the ToR on meeting the conditions specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Environment of 11 January 2013 on the detailed requirements for collecting municipal waste from property owners (Dz, 6) Submitting municipal waste collection schedule (the prepared schedule requires prior approval of the Contracting Authority);7) Power of attorney to conclude a contract on behalf of the Economic Operator, if the contract is signed by a person(s) other than the one indicated in the registration documents. The power of attorney must be granted by a person(s) authorised in accordance with the extract from the relevant register;8) Entry in the Register of Regulated Activities (RDR);9) Entry in the BDO.
