Description

The subject matter of the contract is a service consisting in collection of municipal waste and its management from owners of residential and non-residential properties in the area of Szerzyny Commune in a manner ensuring achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery with other methods as well as limitation of biodegradable municipal waste mass transferred for storage. The anticipated amount of waste collected in 2022 is 1,300 Mg.
The subject matter of the contract is a service consisting in collection of municipal waste and its management from owners of inhabited and uninhabited properties in the area of Szerzyny community in a way ensuring achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods as well as limitation of biodegradable municipal waste mass transferred for storage. The anticipated amount of waste to be collected in 2022 is 1,300 Mg.The area of Szerzyny commune is 82 km2. The population registered as of 30 June 2021 amounted to 7831 people. So far, communal waste collection has covered ca. The collection of municipal waste has so far covered about 1900 households situated in 5 villages of Szerzyny commune: Szerzyny, Ołpiny, Czermna, Żurowa, Swoszowa. Non-residential properties on which communal waste is produced in Szerzyny Commune are in particular: 1: Schools - 5 schools, including 3 complexes of educational facilities2. Health centres - 3 4. Roman Catholic parishes - 5 5. parish cemeteries - 6 6. fire stations - 6 7. commercial activities, companies (shops, sawmills, manufacturing companies, wholesalers, catering establishments, gas stations, pharmacies, etc.) approx. 125. - The anticipated quantity of waste collected in 2021 is 1,300 Mg.2. 1) Collection and management of mixed non-segregated municipal waste of code 20 03 01 collected in bags or containers, located near residential buildings, at workplaces, commercial and service outlets, schools, institutions and other entities, as well as in streets and squares- Paper, including cardboard, paper packaging waste and cardboard packaging waste,- Metals, including metal packaging waste,- Plastics, including plastic packaging waste,- Glass, including glass packaging waste,- Multi-material packaging waste,- Biodegradable waste,collected in properly marked bags.3From the Municipal Waste Selective Collection Point in Szerzyny the following types of waste: - hazardous waste,- expired medicines and chemicals,- waste not qualifying as medical waste, produced at households as a result of injecting medicines and monitoring the level of substances in blood, especially needles and syringes,- used batteries and accumulators,- waste electrical and electronic equipment,- furniture and other bulky waste,- used tyres,- construction and demolition waste - textile and clothing waste.4In addition, furniture and other bulky waste should be collected at the place of waste collection 2 times a year according to the established schedule. 5) The Contractor shall collect white foil after haylage, black and white foil, ropes, fertilizer bags and big bags 2 times a year, i.e. in spring and autumn.
