Description

The subject matter of the order is the collection for management with transport of technological waste with code 19 08 05 compliant with the Regulation of the Minister of Environment of 9 December 2014 on the catalogue of waste, belonging to the ChorzowskoŚwiętochłowice Water and Sewage Company Ltd. The service will be implemented for 12 months. The desired term of the contract is from 16.04.2022 to 15.04.2023
1 The subject matter of the contract is the collection, transport and management of process waste with code 19 08 05 - stabilized municipal sewage sludge, in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Climate of 2 January 2020 on the waste catalogue (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 10), generated in the "Klimzowiec" Wastewater Treatment Plant, belonging to the Chorzowsko-Świętochłowice Water and Wastewater Company Ltd. with its registered office in Chorzów, in the amount of approximately 8020.00 Mg.2 The Contracting Authority envisages awarding a contract for the repetition of similar services of collection and management of technological waste code 19 08 05 to the contractor awarded in this procedure. The above contract may be awarded if upon the expiry of the period for which the basic contract was concluded no contractor for the following period is selected through public procurement procedures. The Ordering Party estimates that the scope of repeated (similar) services may amount to approximately 2500 Mg.
