Description
The Municipality of Coyhaique, through the Secretariat of Community Planning, calls for public bidding for the "PROGRAMATIC BID - ENVIRONMENTAL ENVIRONMENT AND WASTE MANAGEMENT - MAINTENANCE OF PARKS, GREEN AREAS AND / OR BOTANICAL GARDENS OF COYHAIQUE COMMUNITY, CODE 24310424", in order to select the supplier who, in accordance with these bidding conditions, shall develop the necessary activities for the correct execution of the requested service, in accordance with the legal provisions in force on the matter. This document will govern the present public bidding in all its aspects, especially the call for public proposals, the opening of the bids, the technical evaluation, the awarding, etc., as well as the contract generated as a consequence of it.
