Description

I. The Contractor shall be obliged to collect, transport and manage the entire amount of municipal waste transferred by the owners directly from the properties permanently and temporarily inhabited and from the properties with holiday cottages and other properties used for recreational purposes, including: 1. Unsorted (mixed) municipal waste - containers: - single-family housing and real estate with holiday homes and other real estate used for recreational purposes (once a month - in the period from January to March and from November to December; once a week - in the period from April to October) - multi-family housing (at least once a week)2. Paper and cardboard - a bag or container, blue in colour, marked "Paper". (once a month)3. Glass - a bag or container, green in colour, marked "Glass". (once a month)4. Plastics, multi-material packaging waste and metal - yellow sack or container marked 'Metals and plastics'. (once a month)5. Bio-waste - a bag or container of brown colour with the inscription "Bio" - single-family houses and real estate on which there are holiday homes and other real estate used for recreational purposes - once a month in the period from January to March and from November to December; once a month in the period from April to October; once a week in the period from January to March and from November to December; once a week in the period from April to October; once a month in the period from January to March and from November to December; once a week in the period from April to October6. Large-size waste (once a year in the "at source" system)7. Used electrical and electronic equipment (once a year in the system "at source").8. Construction and demolition waste - once a year with a limit of 1m3 per year for the property collected "at source" in bags, e.g. Big Bag (made available upon request by the resident)II. The Contractor's duties also include: 1. Equipment of inhabited real estates and real estates with holiday cottages and other real estates used for recreation and leisure purposes in containers and bags for collecting municipal waste; 2. Collection and management of waste collected in PSZOK.III. The Contractor shall be obliged to transfer: 1. Selectively collected and collected municipal waste directly or through another collector to a waste recovery or disposal facility, in accordance with the waste management hierarchy referred to in Article 17 of the Act of 14 December 2012 on Waste,2. unsorted (mixed) municipal waste of a municipal facility.3It is permissible to transfer unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste via the transshipment station referred to in Article 23 paragraph 10 of the Act of 14 December 2012 on Waste.4The Contractor is obliged to conclude a contract for the management of unsorted (mixed) municipal waste with an entity operating a municipal installation, collected from the Municipality of Mierzęcice.5 The Contractor is exempt from the obligation to conclude a contract if it is also an entity operating a municipal installation.6 It is forbidden to mix separately collected municipal waste with mixed municipal waste collected from the property owners and separately collected municipal waste of different types with each other.IV. The Contractor shall be obliged to indicate in the tender the installations to which the municipal waste collected from the Mierzęcice Commune will be transferred. In the case of small quantities of separately collected waste, it is possible to identify the entity collecting such waste.The Contractor is obliged to present a copy of the contract by installations before concluding the contract.Waste management is to ensure that appropriate levels of recycling, preparation and preparation are achieved.
