Successive disposal and management of technological waste generated at the "Kujawy" Sewage Treatment Plant in Kraków - screenings and sandbox content. a) Scrates code 190801, dehydrated with variable dry matter content due to storage in the open eastern lagoon, with a volume weight of 1.10-1.15 Mg.m3 in the amount of about 1 000 Mg in the period of 12 mc - export (transport) and development b) Sandbox content code 190802, flushed, with a variable dry matter content due to storage in the open eastern lagoon, with a volumetric weight of about 1 000 Mg in the period of 12 mc - export (transport) and development b) Sandbox content code 190802, flushed, with a variable dry matter content due to storage in the open eastern lagoon, with a volumetric weight of about 1 000 Mg in the period of 1 000 Mg in the period of 12 mc. 1,6 Mg/m3 in the amount of about 1 500 Mg in the period of 12 mc - export (transport) and development - export of screenings code 190801 and sand code 190802 - Weighing of containers with screenings (code 190801) and sand (code 190802) of sludge will take place at the Contractor's premises for export to the place of development - Loading of containers (semi-trailers) of the bath type will take place on the lagoons with the Ordering Party's equipment - HSW9.50 bulldozer. Therefore, the total height of the container (semi-trailers) from the level of the surface may not exceed 3.20 m- The export of screenings and sand will take place on working days from Monday to Friday from 7.30 a.m. to 2 p.m. - The export will take place on working days from 7.30 a.m. to 2 p.m. The waste transfer cards will be issued on a monthly basis; signed and stamped cards will be delivered to the Ordering Party without undue delay; the Contractor will ensure that all legal requirements concerning transport and recovery or disposal of waste are met. The Contractor shall be responsible for compliance with the maximum permissible weight of the vehicle in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 31.12.2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment, consolidated text (Journal of Laws 2016, item 2022, as amended). The Ordering Party does not allow the possibility to leave the area of ZOŚ Kujawy by vehicles with exceeded the maximum permissible weight.the Execution of all required analyses and waste research and preparation of necessary documents (e.g. Basic Safety Data Sheet, etc.) remains the duty of the Contractor.the Contractor will familiarize himself with the conditions of the decision of the Governor of Małopolska Province of 27.2.2015, sign: SR-III.7221..80.2014.DS, - permit for generation of waste including waste treatment in connection with the operation of Zakład Oczyszczania Ścieków Płaszów, ul. Kosiarzy 3, 30-733 Kraków and Zakład Oczyszczania Ścieków Kujawy, ul. Dymarek 9, 31-983 Kraków, owned by Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Wodociągów i Kanalizacji S.A, The Ordering Party requires that the offered method of waste handling complies with the principles contained in the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (consolidated text - Journal of Laws of 2018, item 21, as amended) and in executive acts.The Contracting Authority does not allow the use of municipal sewage sludge within the meaning of Article 3(28) of the Act of 14.12.2012 on waste and any forms of management of stabilised municipal sewage sludge (19 08 05) requiring meeting the conditions set out in Article 96 of the aforementioned Act. The Contracting Authority shall not permit the management of waste in recovery operations R10 (Distribution on land for fertilisation or soil improvement) and other recovery operations outside installations or facilities. All quantities are indicative and are for 12 months. The actual amount of exported waste shall result from the current needs of the Contracting Authority. Successive disposal and management of technological waste generated at the "Kujawy" Sewage Treatment Plant in Kraków - stabilized municipal sewage sludge. a) Stabilized municipal sewage sludge code 190805, with a dry matter content of 19-26 % and a volume weight of 1.05-1.08 Mg/m3 of approximately 6 500 Mg in the period of 12 mc - disposal (transport) and management. Export of sludge during the planned sludge collection interval (approx. 3-4 weeks each year) and during the period of unplanned interruptions in the operation of the STUO.b) Stabilized municipal sewage sludge code 190805 with a dry matter content of 19-26 % and a volume weight of 1.05-1.08 Mg/m3 of about 17 500 Mg in the period of 12 mc - export (transport) to the Thermal Sludge Utilization Station (STUO) in the Sewage Treatment Plant Płaszów, ul Kosiarzy 3, 30-733.Weighing of containers with sludge (code 190805) will take place:- at the Contractor for export to the place of use - at the STUO for export to the Sludge Thermal Disposal Station - The above mentioned quantities are to be treated as approximate. The actual amount of services provided will result from the current needs of the ordering party and will not exceed the value of the contract. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to change the quantity of sludge exported for use in favour of exports to the STUO and vice versa, - The performance of individual services covered by the contract will take place successively, according to the Contracting Authority's request for notification submitted - by fax or e-mail. The offer should also be prepared on the basis of the "Dewatered Sludge Testing Report" attached to this Information Sheet, - The selected Contractor will provide the Contracting Authority (without separate remuneration) with 12 waste containers before commencing the execution of the subject of the contract, in the quantity of 12 items. All containers must have a construction adapted to cooperate with a hook trailer PH15 (and driving tracks in the press hall and the tower) being in use of ZOŚ Kujawy. Containers must have the rear opening upwards due to the unloading in the STUO. Each container must be described with numbers from 1 to 12. Containers must be technically operational. Current maintenance by the Contractor of the service is required, both the roller elements (especially exposed to overloading), the closing elements and the general condition of the containers. Containers with a technical failure will be considered as non-delivered. Failure to deliver the container to the number 12 will result in a fine of 500 PLN/day for each undelivered container, - Basic parameters of containers: Containers with a box length of up to 5 800 mm (total of 6 100 mm), a width of approx. 2 500 mm and a box height of approx. 1 300 mm (with rollers of approx. 1 600 mm). Weight of container up to 3,000 kg, weight of cargo up to 12,000 kg Total maximum 15,000 kg. In case of failure of the PH15 hooklift, the PH12 hooklift is used and the maximum container weight may not exceed 12,000 kg. Containers should be protected against the possibility of throwing objects into them that could damage the STUO installations. The carrier is responsible for the safety of the cargo,- Unloading in the STUO takes place in a hopper. Gate height (unloading) STUO Płaszów 5.50 m. It should be foreseen that the time between the acceptance of further containers to the STUO may be up to 120 minutes,- An on-site inspection should be carried out both in the ZOŚ "Kujawy" and ZOŚ "Płaszów" STUO,- Containers are loaded in the ZOŚ Kujawy without the possibility of checking the weight of the cargo and therefore it should be taken into account that the net cargo may vary from about 1,000 tons to about 1,000 tons per year. 8 Mg to approx. 12 Mg,- Required frequency of sludge removal from the Sewage Treatment Plant "Kujawy" to the STUO and to the place of development - 7 days a week, also on public holidays,- The Contractor is obliged to secure such a number of vehicles for sludge removal that the sludge dewatering facilities can operate without interruption.
