Description

The subject of the contract is: 1. Services of collecting and managing municipal waste (mixed and separately collected) from properties where residents live, in administrative areas of the city and commune of Gniew, as well as medicines and batteries from collection points.2Services of delivering the spacing and maintenance of the Contractor's containers for selective collection of waste paper, glass and bio-waste in multi-family buildings (approx. 520 units) in proper technical and sanitary condition 3. Services of maintaining the Ordering Party's containers for collection of mixed and separately collected waste (approx. 500 units) in multi-family buildings 4. Collection and processing of waste from the PSZOK in Gniew and equipment for the duration of the contract in containers and containers for waste collection 2.The subject matter of the contract was specified in detail in Appendix No. 1 to the contract "Detailed subject matter of the contract "3. The Contracting Authority requires such organization of waste collection services that will enable it to determine unambiguously the amount of collected municipal waste mixed and selectively collected from the properties where the residents live.4The Contractor shall deliver the collected municipal waste to municipal installations ensuring: a) for unsorted (mixed) municipal waste, that at least 10% of the delivered waste will be recovered and recycled or prepared for reuse, and that for the entire stream of unsorted (mixed) municipal waste, the levels of weight reduction of biodegradable municipal waste delivered for storage will be achieved.5The Contractor shall transfer the municipal waste collected from the real estate and collected in PSZOK to installations or entities holding decisions, permits or entries in the registers required by law, ensuring: b) for waste selectively collected paper and cardboard that at least 98% of the waste will be prepared for reuse or sent for recycling.(d) for separately collected waste plastics, metals and multi-material packaging, that at least 80 % of the waste will be prepared for reuse or sent for recycling (e) for separately collected waste bio-waste, that at least 98 % of the waste will be prepared for reuse or sent for recycling.f) for waste collected in the PSZOK, i.e. hazardous waste, medicines, chemicals, waste not eligible for medical waste generated in a household as a result of accepting medicinal products in the form of injections and monitoring the level of substances in blood, in particular needles and syringes, that 100 % of waste will be neutralised, g) for waste collected in the PSZOK, i.e. waste batteries and accumulators, waste electrical and electronic equipment, waste tyres, that 100 % of waste will be sent for recycling.h) for waste collected in the PSZOK, i.e. furniture waste and other large-size waste as well as textiles and clothing, that 100 % of waste will be recovered and at least 50 % of it will be sent for recycling or prepared for reuse.i) for waste collected in the PSZOK construction waste, that at least 70 % of waste will be recovered or prepared for reuse or sent for recycling.6The Contractor undertakes to perform the subject of the contract with due diligence, in accordance with this contract and in accordance with the law (including local law) applicable to the services provided under this contract, the requirements of the ToR and the content of the Contractor's offer submitted in the public procurement procedure preceding the conclusion of this contract.
