Part I. Long-term rental of brand new dust-free vehicles for collection of municipal waste - garbage trucks on the chassis of a truck in the amount of 3 pieces.Description of equipment for individual parts of the order, deliveries, payments are described in the description of the subject of the order constituting Appendix 1 to the ToR.6) Rental conditions with motor insurance:- long-term rental in currency: Polish zloty (PLN),- rental period: 36 months from the date of handover of the vehicle,- the Ordering Party does not undertake to purchase the subject of the order after the end of the rental period.The rental costs should include all repairs of the delivered vehicle and all the inspections required by the manufacturer of the sweeper. Inspections and repairs and guilt shall be carried out at the Customer's premises. In case of serious faults, the Purchaser allows for repairs to the stationary service. All inspections and repairs, as well as the costs of mobile service or transport of the vehicle to the stationary service are borne by the Contractor, the rental costs should include a substitute vehicle with similar installation parameters in case of machine downtime caused by its failure or damage lasting more than 72 hours, the rental costs should include charges resulting from the provisions of the tax law on heavy vehicles (tax on means of transport), Rental costs shall include training for operators employed by the Ordering Party on the day of delivery of the subject of the order, rental costs shall include all activities related to the registration of the vehicle on the territory of the Republic of Poland and activities related to the admission of the vehicle to traffic, including periodical technical inspections, legalization, rental costs shall include third party liability, accident insurance and AC insurance together with full handling of damages, rental costs shall include all claims related to the liquidation of vehicle damages within the scope of third party, accident insurance and AC insurance. The Purchaser allows for a deductible contribution of EUR 500 in the repair of traffic damage. The Contractor shall enable the removal of minor damage caused by traffic events caused by the fault of the Ordering Party at the expense of the Ordering Party, the rental costs shall include the installation of a GPS transmitter in accordance with the ToR by a GPS operator indicated by the Ordering Party. The cost of subscription and maintenance of the transmitter for the duration of the rental will be borne by the Purchaser, the Purchaser shall not be liable for minor damages (superficial scratches on the paint, minor dents in the body shell and bodywork) resulting from the current operation of specialized vehicles, the Purchaser does not allow charging other costs associated with the operation of vehicles in addition to the rental fee and a possible deductible share of 500 EUR in the case of traffic damage caused by the fault of the Purchaser. The Ordering Party shall not bear other costs of parts and repairs resulting from the current operation of the vehicle and wear and tear of chassis and bodywork parts, excluding tyre replacement and vulcanisation services.The Contractor shall set the date of scheduled inspections for Friday after prior notification of the Ordering Party's need to perform them, under the rental agreement, the Contractor is obliged to issue the subject of the order to the Ordering Party in a condition consistent with the description of the subject of the order and maintain the issued item in a condition suitable for the agreed, consistent with the intended use.The first rental fee shall be charged after 30 days from the date of issuing the vehicle.3The Orderer, after a period of 24 months, reserves the right to terminate the contract by giving 3 months' notice.
