Description

The services covered by this contract are: 1) home collection service for solid urban waste and similar waste carried out in a differentiated form between the wet and dry fractions, their transport and transfer to a suitable authorized plant, the disposal remains the responsibility of the A.C. with direct billing of the plant to the same A.C.3) home collection service, in differentiated form of glass packaging and jars (aluminum, steel or tinplate), the relevant transfer to appropriate authorized facilities; the cost of disposing of any surcharges and/or the proceeds from the sale of the material are the responsibility of the contractor;4) selective collection service using suitable containers for used batteries and expired medicines; transport of the collected material, its delivery to suitable authorised plants and the cost of disposing of the collected material;5) supervision and management of the municipal collection centre; the supply of suitable containers for the separate collection of bulky urban waste, paper/cardboard, iron, wood, greenery, metal, medicines and batteries, aggregates, mineral and vegetable oil and T/F containers, lead accumulators, the transport of the collected material and its disposal/reuse at suitable authorised plants; the cost of transporting and disposing of all the waste taken to the pitch, excluding greenery, will be entirely borne by the contractor;6) manual cleaning and mechanical sweeping of streets, squares and public spaces, transport and disposal at suitable authorized facilities of waste from sweeping operations;7) collection, transport, disposal of cemetery waste (candles, candles, candles, cut flowers, etc..) with the supply of suitable containers;8) service of collection, transport, disposal of waste from operations of exhumation and estumation (about 30 operations per year);9) service of collection, transport, disposal of medical waste;10) supply of:- n. 70/year bins and bins in recyclable polypropylene, square or rectangular base with hinged lid anchored to the drum and anti-randagism handle, 10 liters, suitable for the home collection of the wet fraction,- n. 70/year recyclable polypropylene dustbin bins, square or rectangular base with hinged lid anchored to the drum and anti-randagism handle, 30/35 liters, suitable for home collection glass and jars;11) extraordinary cleaning service of 150 storm drains / year (drains, mouths of wolves, gratings ...) dedicated to the collection of rainwater from streets, parking lots and public squares;12) free collection at home (by appointment) of bulky solid urban waste and free of charge for protected users reported by the municipal administration;13) the contractor must provide on written request of the municipal administration to carry out occasional services during the year consisting of cleaning the market on Wednesday afternoon, as well as emptying the baskets located in the municipality, cleaning the spaces in front of the City Hall, the post office, schools and banks for a total of 24 hours per year.During the performance of the service, the contractor undertakes to comply with the principles and indications set out in the "Minimum Environmental Criteria (CAM)" contained in the Ministerial Decree of 13 February 2014 published in the Official Gazette no. 58 of 11 March 2014, attached to these specifications. The contracting authority shall carry out the checks referred to in the same decree at the start and during the execution of the service.
