Description

Collection of non-segregated (mixed) waste, including residues from sorting of municipal waste, selectively collected waste, i.e. bio-waste, metal, plastics, multi-material packaging, paper and glass, as well as collection and management of other selectively collected municipal waste from owners of properties where residents reside from the Municipality of Miejsce Piastowe.
1) Collection of municipal waste, as defined below, generated in the Municipality of Miejsce Piastowe:from owners of properties where residents reside, collected in bags:- non-segregated (mixed) waste, including residues from sorting of municipal waste,- selectively collected bio-waste, metals, plastics, multi-material packaging, paper and glass.2) Collection and management of municipal waste, generated on the territory of the Municipality of Miejsce Piastowe, from owners of properties where residents reside, collected in bags and collected in a selective manner - ash.3) Collection of the following municipal waste, generated on the territory of the Municipality of Miejsce Piastowe, coming from owners of properties where residents reside in the so-called mobile collection of waste: scrap collected in containers for selective collection, belonging to the ordering party, plastics, metal, multi-material packaging, paper collected in containers for selective collection, belonging to the contractor. 4) Collection and management of the following municipal waste, generated on the territory of the Municipality of Miejsce Piastowe, from owners of properties where residents reside within the so-called mobile collection of waste: expired drugs and chemicals, used electrical and electronic equipment, used batteries and accumulators, furniture and other bulky waste. 5) Collection of the following selectively collected municipal waste from the Municipal Selective Waste Collection Point located on the territory of the Municipality of Miejsce Piastowe in the village of Targowiska, on plot no. 1096/1: plastics, multi-material packaging, metal, paper and glass,6) Collection and management of the following selectively collected municipal waste from the Municipal Selective Waste Collection Point located on the territory of the Municipality of Miejsce Piastowe in the village of Targowiska, on plot no. 1096/1: used electrical and electronic equipment, used batteries and accumulators, expired medicines and chemicals, hazardous waste, furniture and other bulky waste, used tires, construction and demolition waste constituting municipal waste, non-eligible medical waste generated in the household as a result of receiving medicinal products by injection and monitoring of substances in blood, especially needles and syringes.7) Collection of municipal waste from containers for selective collection located in the municipality of Miejsce Piastowe, i.e. green color (belonging to the contracting authority) glass waste including glass packaging waste, yellow color (belonging to the contractor) total waste: metals and plastics including metal waste and metal packaging waste, plastic waste including plastic packaging waste and multi-material packaging waste, blue color (belonging to the contractor) paper waste including cardboard, paper packaging waste and cardboard packaging waste.8 ) Collecting municipal waste from selective collection containers located in the municipality of Miejsce Piastowe.) Achieving the specified levels of recycling and preparation for reuse of the following fractions of municipal waste: paper, metals, plastics and glass, achieving the specified levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods of non-hazardous construction and demolition waste, as well as reducing the weight of biodegradable municipal waste transferred for storage, in accordance with the disposition, Article 3b and Article 3c of the ucpg.9) Keeping records related to the activities covered by the contract, i.e., among other things, submitting reports to the contracting authority, in accordance with the disposition, art. 9n ucpg.10) Controlling property owners with regard to the collection of municipal waste in a manner inconsistent with the regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Municipality of Miejsce Piastowe.
