Description

The subject of the contract is a comprehensive provision of laundry service together with the lease of hospital linen together with transport, implementation of RFID system in the warehouses of dirty and clean linen for the needs of the Regional Neuropsychiatric Hospital in Lubliniec.2The subject matter of the contract is described in detail in appendices to the ToR:2.1. Description of the subject matter of the OPZ contract - appendix A;2.2.2. specimen agreement concerning performance of the service - appendix B;2.3. specimen agreement concerning lease of premises - appendix C.3. Within the framework of the subject matter of the contract, on the basis of the lease agreement, the Contractor shall use the lingerie storeroom together with its equipment (list of equipment - appendix D to the ToR).
The subject of the contract is a comprehensive provision of laundry service together with the lease of hospital linen together with transport, implementation of RFID system in the lingerie and clean lingerie warehouses using the lease of the laundry building, for the needs of the Regional Neuropsychiatric Hospital in Lubliniec.2The detailed scope of the service includes, among othersa) laundry with the use of the lease of hospital bed linen; b) laundry of other assortments owned by the Orderer, such as bed linen, pyjamas, mattresses, blankets, pillows, curtains, quilts, covers, mops, cloths, work and cut clothes and other assortments delivered for washing by the Orderer; c) laundry combined with chemical and thermal disinfection in the full spectrum of Tbc, B, F, V, S;d) disinfection in an automatic disinfection chamber for mattresses and pillows (including feathers); e) starching of selected assortments of underwear (tablecloths, serviettes, cut clothes and other items indicated by the Orderer);f) mangling of bed linen; g) ironing of cut linen; h) implementation at the Orderer's premises of an automatic RFID system for contactless counting of dirty and clean linen; i) marking with RFID tags of the Orderer's indicated linen and leased assortment; j) segregation of individual linen assortments, and then packing in perforated transparent foil bags in quantities for pillows - 15 pieces., for sheets - 10 pieces for sheets - 10 pieces.segregation must include division into the Orderer's organizational units; k) segregation of other assortments with division into the Orderer's organizational units; l) segregation and wafing of cut lingerie and transporting it on hangers;m) current inspection, qualification and repair (according to the needs) sewing (sewing buttons, sewing cracks, replacement of locks and naps, replacement of infusions in feather cushions) of assortments owned by the Orderer; n) steam-pressure and chemical disinfection in an automatic disinfection chamber indicated by the Orderer: underwear, mattresses, blankets, pillows, etc.o) dry cleaning with the use of biodegradable, halogen-free agents of assortments that cannot be subjected to water washing; p) transport of clean and dirty linen by means of transport adapted to transport the linen directly from and to organizational units of the Orderer; q) transport of dirty linen to the laundry and delivery of clean linen to the linen warehouse on the Orderer's premises; r) lease of premises from the Orderer at his premises for the purpose of running the dirty and clean linen warehouse.3As part of the laundry service together with the lease of underwear, the Contractor shall be obliged to deliver to the Orderer particular assortments of underwear in the amount ensuring satisfaction of the Orderer's current needs and to mark each item with an automatic radio identification tag for contactless counting of underwear.4Leased underwear, in quantities ensuring proper functioning of the hospital, must be delivered at the latest on the day of commencement of services, in such quantities that it is possible to replace dirty underwear with clean one piece per piece.5 The Ordering Party reserves the right to successively introduce bed linen to selected wards. 57 600;2. pillowcase - laundry with a lease pcs. 46 800;3. sheet with a bookmark - laundry with a piece of cloth 72 000;4. other assortment owned by the Customer - laundry kg 176 400;5. steam-pressure disinfection of underwear, mattresses, blankets, pillows, etc., chamber disinfection pcs. 108;6. steam-pressure and chemical disinfection (steam + formalin + ammonia) of underwear, mattresses, blankets, pillows, etc., chamber disinfection pcs. 108.
