Request for ProposalsWalk-in Cooler & Freezer Condenser & Evaporator ReplacementSnyder ISD is accepting proposals for walk-in cooler & freezer condenser & evaporator replacement at Snyder Primary & Bus Barn. Please submit the bid forms and the bid solicitation forms with the Proposal.Proposals will be received at: Physical/Mailing Address:Snyder Independent School District 2901 37th StreetSnyder, Texas 75949by 2:00 PM CST, April 5, 2024 Proposal must be clearly marked:RFP 202324-2 Walk-in Cooler & Freezer Condenser& Evaporator Replacement Please provide one (1) copy marked original, (1) copy, and (1) electronic proposal on portable thumb drive. Proposal documents may be requested by email from Morgan Preston, mpreston@snyderisd.net or Snyder ISD Administration Office, 2901 37th Street, Snyder, Texas 79549.  An optional pre-proposal meeting for interested proposers will be held at 9:00 AM CST on Wednesday, March 13th. Check in at the Administration Office, 2901 37th Street. No other tours of the building will be made available. All questions are due to mpreston@snyderisd.net by March 26th at 2:00 PM CST.  Any proposal received later than the specified time, whether delivered in person or mailed, will be deemed late and will be disqualified. FAXED PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.Proposals will be publicly opened. They will be opened at 2:05 PM on April 5, 2024.After the evaluation of all proposals is completed, a notification of the award will be emailed to qualifying proposer(s). The Snyder ISD reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to accept any proposal deemed most advantageous to the district. Snyder ISD reserves the right to award only a partial proposal depending upon Capital Expenditure approval by Texas Department of Agriculture.
