2. All other terms and conditions of solicitation W56HZV-23-R-0115, except for those addressed by Amendment 0002, remain in full force and effect.

The purpose of Amendment 0001 to Solicitation W56HZV-23-R-0115 is to:

1. Extend the offer due date from Friday, 26 January 2024 at 5:00 p.m. to Friday, 09 February 2024 at 4:00 p.m. EST.

2. Add Clause 52.204-30 Federal Acquisition Supply Chain Security Act Orders

3. Remove CDRL CLINs A001-A004. As a result, sections B, C, I, and J are revised. See amendment 0001 attachment for details.

1. NOTE: Qualified Product List (QPL) MIL-DTL-6645 applies to each deliverable listed in this solicitation. contractors must be approved on the criteria of QPL MIL-DTL-6645 for these items in order to be considered for award.
2. SOLICITATION: The United States Army Contracting Command – Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) is issuing a solicitation for the items listed below. The resulting contract is intended to be a Firm Fixed Price, 5-year Requirements type contract. This solicitation is for the following items:

3. There are Technical Data Packages (TDP) associated with this requirement. They are Distribution Code "A", which is available for public release.

4. This solicitation contains provisions and clauses that require you, the Offeror, to complete fill-ins and/or representations. Please review and complete all such fill-ins. Your offer may be determined ineligible for award if these fill-ins and representations are not
completed.

5. Please acknowledge all amendments to this solicitation in the space provided under Section A.3. Include the number and date of each amendment.
