Specification of the VUV-UV light source (1 pc.):
- Continuous light source

- The source must be ready for operation within one minute of being switched on.

- Spectral range: 115-400 nm

- Beam divergence: +/- 10 degrees maximum

- Variation of photon flux: less than +/- 0.5% per hour

- Lamp life: ~1000 hours (until photon flux drops to 50%)

- Lamp must be easily replaceable

- Power consumption: 200 W maximum (220 VAC; 50-60 Hz)

- Water cooling is not permitted

- Temperature of lamp housing: 50°C maximum

- Dimensions: 250 mm x 100 mm x 120 mm (LxWxD) max.

- Permissible lamp weight: max. 1.5 kg

- If variant with external control module, then the minimum distance between the lamp and the control unit must be 1.5 m. The connecting cable must be at least 1.7 m long (depends on the flexibility of the cable).

- Connection to a process chamber via a CF flange (DN40 or DN60). If an adapter is required for this connection, it must also be offered.

- Compatibility with process chamber under vacuum (1E-6mbar)

- Compatibility with oxygen-containing gas mixtures in the process chamber at normal pressure and gas temperature up to 50°C

- Lamphead/seal ozone-resistant
Ideal would be a light source with a spectral range of 115 nm - 400 nm, deuterium lamp.
The search is for a light source with maximum photon flux at 160 nm and 250 nm (verified) and with ALL the criteria listed in the specification.
