The aim of the tender is the realisation of a modular software and hardware system for the interactive and digital implementation and presentation of learning offers. The system to be designed orchestrates an interactive personal learning environment (iple). Open structure, variability, scalability and future-proofness are central design principles. The focus is always on the learner. With a contemporary and in the future extended digitalized offer, different forms of learning, information exchange and knowledge transfer should be made possible. In summary, a learning ecosystem is sought that provides all learning services as a digital HUB.
The already existing Moodle learning management system and the video management system should be the basis for the future virtual ABBO campus. Therefore, the Moodle functions are to be adapted and expanded in this call for proposals.
