Description

The subject matter of the contract is the delivery, installation, commissioning and configuration of the CCTV video surveillance system with image analysis in the building of the Centre for Contemporary Art - Ujazdowski Castle in Warsaw, together with creation of as-built documentation and training of the persons indicated by the Ordering Party. The delivery of the subject of the contract includes: cameras type 1 - 9 pieces, cameras type 2 - 9 pieces, cameras type 3 - 67 pieces, VMS software - 1 piece, switch type 1 - 4 pieces, switch type 2 - 10 pieces, server according to the specification - 2 pieces, viewing station type 1 - 2 pieces, viewing station type 2 - 2 pieces, monitor type 1 - 3 pieces, monitor type 2 - 4 pieces, UPS type 1 - 4 pieces, UPS type 2 - 4 pieces, rack - 1 piece, radiotelephones - 3 sets, audio camera - 10 pieces.
Delivery, installation, commissioning and configuration of a CCTV video surveillance system with image analysis in the building of the Centre for Contemporary Art - Ujazdowski Castle in Warsaw, together with creation of as-built documentation and training of the persons indicated by the Ordering Party. The Contractor shall be obliged to:1) dismantle the existing CCTV system (cabling, sockets, cameras, minor construction works) together with disposal of the dismantled materials;2) install a new CCTV system on the 1st floor of the Ujazdowski Castle in Warsaw, in accordance with the detailed design constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ, includinga) installation of CCTV cameras on the first floor of the Ujazdowski Castle;b) layout of the network equipment on the first floor and in the server room which is located on the second floor of the Ujazdowski Castle;c) installation of all materials in a manner and in a place compliant with the technical documentation prepared for this purpose on the first floor of the Ujazdowski Castle;d) laying cables from the logical points to the cameras on the first floor of the Ujazdowski Castle;e) configuration and installation of the CCTV server together with the image analysis configuration according to. f) configuration and installation of active network devices located on the first floor and in the server room which is on the second floor of the Ujazdowski Castle; g) configuration and installation of a UPS system integrated with the Employer's existing system on the first floor and in the server room which is on the second floor of the Ujazdowski Castle;h) configuration and installation of 2 security event monitoring points and one central management point; i) cable termination of fittings; j) marking of all designated cables and wires in accordance with the technical documentation; k) CCTV system commissioning;l) performing the required tests and examinations and confirming them with protocols qualifying the installed element of the system;m) taking measurements, commissioning and performing tests and examinations of the constructed system;n) preparing as-built documentation of the CCTV video surveillance system (the technical documentation should be prepared by a person with the relevant teletechnical construction licence and practice on historic sites);o) provide training for the Ordering Party's video surveillance centre operators, shift commanders of security agencies, as well as the video surveillance system administrator, the person managing the video surveillance system and persons managing the LAN/switches and video surveillance servers.The delivery of the subject of the contract includes: cameras type 1 - 9 pieces, cameras type 2 - 9 pieces, cameras type 3 - 67 pieces, VMS software - 1 piece, switch type 1 - 4 pieces, switch type 2 - 10 pieces, server according to the specification - 2 pieces, viewing station type 1 - 2 pieces, viewing station type 2 - 2 pieces, monitor type 1 - 3 pieces, monitor type 2 - 4 pieces, UPS type 1 - 4 pieces, UPS type 2 - 4 pieces, rack - 1 piece, radiotelephones - 3 sets, audio camera - 10 pieces.
