Description

It will be a framework standing agreement with a minimum amount of EUR 1 200 000 for all successful tenderers and a maximum amount of EUR 9 000 000 for all successful tenderers.The framework agreement is awarded to 2 holders and will give rise:- to a re-competition for amounts estimated at more than EUR 15 000:-- when a new need arises in the context of a project (supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance during the guarantee period) for meeting rooms,-- for associated services (removal of equipment, technical assistance, expertise, storage, reversibility, etc.),- to the issue of orders with an equitable amount over the duration of the framework agreement between the 2 holders for:-- the occurrence of a new requirement in the context of a project (supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance during the guarantee period) for meeting rooms for amounts estimated at less than EUR 15 000,-- maintenance services for the existing stock of equipment outside the guarantee or under guarantee,-- maintenance services for equipment supplied and/or installed under this contract at the end of their guarantee period,-- associated services (removal of equipment, technical assistance, expertise, storage, reversibility, etc.) for amounts estimated at less than EUR 15 000.Services are available at all 850 RATP sites.
