Description

Supply of n. 4 hybrid 4K IP video mixing systems, conforming to the requirements of the technical specifications and including the first start-up and training services. The contract will be awarded to the tenderer who has submitted the lowest price among the bids received, with reference to the maximum percentage discount (single percentage discount) offered to be applied to the total amount of the supply and the relative unit prices on the basis of the auction indicated in the tender specifications, to which reference should be made. The cost of the services amounting to EUR 3 300 is not subject to a discount.
See point II.1 above.4).Specifically, each system object of supply consists of: n. 1 Video Core IP module (including software or tool for the creation of templates and graphic templates for titles, banners, logos and graphics with animated and dynamic text integrated in the central unit; n. 2 external I/O units for NDI-SDI conversion in order to have n. 8 inputs and n. 8 SDI outputs for each core module); n. 1 hardware control surface/panel with video and audio section also physically separated.The supply includes the execution of the services of first switching on, configuration and verification of the correct functioning of each system object of the supply, with a duration of n. 2 working days; formation of the duration of n. 3 working days during which to provide on-site support for the first television production activities.Rai reserves the right, if the contractual amount (to be understood as the award amount) should not be exhausted at the end of the contractual term, to extend the duration of the relative contract for the time necessary to use the entire contractual amount. RAI also reserves the right, pursuant to Art. 106 (1) (a) of the code, to modify the contract if there is a rapid and significant technological evolution of some of the components of the products supplied and provided that the modifications do not alter the general nature of the contract.
