Short description:

The Department of Solar Materials at the Helmholtz Centre for Environmental Research GmbH - UFZ is planning to use a flexible anaerobic tent (not a rigid GloveBox) with mobile base frame for biochemical/microbiological studies in a defined, anaerobic atmosphere as part of the "Hydrogen Center Saxony (H2-Saxony)" project funded by the SAB.

The delivery must be made free place of use. Access is at ground level, accessible by elevator (Incoterms 2020: DDP unloaded).

Note on bid submission:

A bid shall be submitted, which should include the following information in compliance with and including the minimum requirements:

° The total cost for the designated procurement item including delivery, on-site assembly or installation, commissioning and acceptance.

as well as the instruction/training required for operation.
The offer must be accompanied by technically meaningful documents (e.g. data sheets, including assembly sketches with dimensions, inlet pressure of the gases at the airlock). For the gas sensors for oxygen and hydrogen, the measuring ranges should be specified and statements on maintenance intervals/re-calibration should be given. The minimum hydrogen concentration required to effectively remove oxygen must be specified.

Bidder questions:

Bidder questions will be allowed in the award process until 10:00 a.m. on 01/31/2022. The questions are to be submitted in writing by e-mail with the subject: *Bidder question on Vhv 26_22 UFZ H2_P2.13* to Ms. Nadine Parchwitz (nadine.parchwitz@ufz.de) and to Mr. Tilo Prenzel (tilo.prenzel@ufz.de). The questions and answers will be published by 02.02.2022.
