Canada - Vendor Management System for IM/IT Consultant Services

Effective January 31, 2017, the Province of British Columbia implemented a Vendor Management System that will be available to provincial ministries and core government agencies to procure IM/IT consultancy services.As a result of a recent Request for Proposals (#ON-002750), the Province of BC has contracted with Flextrack Inc. to provide the Province with access to IM/IT consultants by way of the Flextrack Vendor Management System (VMS), an online tool.All vendors may commence registration with the Province's Flextrack VMS effective immediately, as well as at any time on a continuously-open, year-round basis, and at no charge.Interested vendors can now register with the Province's Flextrack VMS at any time by contacting Flextrack Inc.'s Program Manager for BC at BC@flextrackservices.com.The VMS will enable interested vendors to have on-going, year-round access to any applicable IM/IT consultant opportunities that are competed and procured through the VMS, and according to provincial policy.This notice is NOT a Request for Qualifications; do not send a response to this notice. Instead, interested vendors can now register with the Province's VMS at any time by contacting Flextrack Inc.'s Program Manager for BC at BC@flextrackservices.com. Vendors do not need to submit a detailed response initially but instead register with the Province's VMS for the services they wish to offer.  Opportunities to compete on individual procurements that are managed through the VMS will be distributed to vendors according to Provincial policy to solicit consultancy services, and the vendors' responses to those opportunities will be evaluated at that time.
