Delivery of 3 low-floor waste collection vehicles with press superstructure and lift by agreement in the 1st quarter 2021
Lot 1: Chassis: Delivery of 3 three-axle chassis with low-floor cab with steered trailing axle for residual, organic, paper and commercial waste collection. Suitable for compacted waste bodies with a width of min. 23 cbm;- width max. 2 500 mm;- wheelbase 3 900 mm;- headroom inside min. 1 900 mm;- gross vehicle weight min. 26 000 kg;- front axle min. 7 500 kg, drive axle min. 11 500 kg, trailing axle min. 7 500 kg;- power output min. 250 kW;- diesel engine min. Euro VI latest exhaust emission standard;- automatic torque converter six-speed transmission. Lot 2: Body: delivery 3 waste collection containers min. 21.5 m3 with lift;- press waste collection container min. 21.5 m3 according to EN1501-1 and mount it on a delivered low-floor three-axle chassis with a wheelbase of approx. 3 900 mm ready for operation;- emptying by means of an extension plate design according to StVZO and UVV. The body must comply with the safety regulations for refuse collection vehicles GUV 17.2 and be approved by the BAGUV test centre (certificate to be submitted with the quotation); it must comply with DIN EN 1501-1:2018. The harmonised standards according to machine guidelines 2006/42/EC must be observed;- steel quality of the body must correspond to min. St 52/3;- length max. 9 300 mm without lift;- rear transition from the middle of the NLA to the end;- connecting profile rear section max. 2 200 mm;- width max. 2 500 mm;- height max. 3 600 mm;- clearing volume / cycle (V1) min. 1.3 sqm;- cycle time of complete loading unit run max. 17 sec;- clearing volume / minute min. 4.85 sqm.
