Description

Providing access to at least one location and provision of services of natural gas fuelling and operation of one natural gas station in each location in the CNG technology with the capacity of 300 Nm3/h, equipped with 2 (in words: two) refuelling points. Natural gas stations in CNG technology will be built by the Contracting Authority and commissioned to the Contractor for use and benefit on the basis of a legal lease agreement. The Contractor shall perform the concession under the terms and conditions described in the draft concession agreement attached as Appendix 6 to the CCC. Description of the subject of concession together with annexes in this draft concession contract is available on the website of the Contracting Authority: https://zamowienia.psgaz.pl/Zamawiający within the scope of this part it will select 3 (in words: three) locations with the highest scores according to the evaluation criteria (regardless of whether they were offered by one Economic Operator) and the Economic Operators may submit tenders covering one, two, three or more locations, all of which will be subject to a separate evaluation within this part. The Contractor shall perform the concession under the terms and conditions described in the draft concession agreement attached as Appendix 6 to the CCC.
