3. Brief description of services required:
The Centre de Services Scolaire de Laval owns a fleet of 35 to 40 vehicles. In order to optimize the use of its fleet of vehicles, the PUBLIC ORGANIZATION wishes to retain the services of a SERVICE PROVIDER for the expertise, qualified and certified manpower to perform maintenance, inspection and repair services on its vehicles. This is an on-demand service contract with a lump-sum component for inspections and oil and filter changes.
Contract start date: upon contract award for a period of two firm years.
Mechanics employed by the SERVICE PROVIDER must hold the competency cards required by the Comité paritaire de l'industrie automobile du Québec .
3.1Summary description of options
Option for additional services: one (1) one-year renewal option.
A renewal option or an option concerning the provision of services of the same nature as those initially required, offered at the same price and intended to meet the needs covered by this contract.
4 Tender guarantee (nature and amount): no tender guarantee.
Performance bond: no performance bond.
5. Brief description of insurance required :

General liability insurance of $2 million
2 million automobile liability
Property insurance

ACCQO: Agreement on Trade and Cooperation between Quebec and Ontario.
FTAA: Canadian Free Trade Agreement

8. Receipt of bids :
All bids must be received at the address of the Public Agency, for a public opening at the same location on the same day and at the same time. Any bid received after this time will be automatically rejected.
Tenders may be submitted electronically, but only via the SEAO.
Deadline for receipt of bids: May 21, 2024 before 9:30 a.m.
Public opening of bids: immediately after the deadline for receipt of bids.
9. The Public Body does not undertake to accept any of the bids received, and does so without obligation of any kind to the bidders.
