VE02The Helmert Tower, built between 1892 and 1893, is an astronomical-geodetic observation tower for angle measurements on the Telegrafenberg in Potsdam. It is a listed building and its condition has increasingly deteriorated since it was abandoned. Extensive measures are therefore necessary to preserve this technical monument. The aim is to preserve and secure the existing technical and building fabric with two main measures:1. renovation and strengthening of the existing steel skeleton structure of the tower shaft and2. Restoration of the original outer shellServices for the erection of shoring with weather protection roof and for the erection of free-standing working scaffolding as façade scaffolding with staircase and goods elevator.scope of services:- approx. 1.320 m2 - load-bearing and working scaffolding, load class 4 / width class W09 / 1.00 m, height approx. 22 m- approx. 250 m2 - self-supporting weather protection roof in gable roof form, span: approx. 15 m- approx. 1,040 m2 - working and protective scaffolding, free-standing, load class 4 / width class W09 / 1 m, height approx. 22 m- approx. 60 m - Scaffolding girder for bridging, load: up to 3 kN/m², girder height: 0.45 m- approx. 360 m - Bracket as scaffolding extension on the façade side, bracket width: generally 0.90 m- 1 unit - Scaffolding hoist, 500 kg, loading area: 1.40 x 1.60 m- 1 unit - Stairway as separate access device, load class 3 / width class W06 / 0.70 m, height: approx. 22 m- approx. 1,320 m2 - Scaffolding cladding with scaffolding tarpaulin, 200 g/m²- approx. 220 m2 - HDPE tarpaulin, 240 g/m2, welded watertight, under scaffolding, lay, dismantle- 1 pc - Verifiable structural analysis / planning for the scaffolding
