VE 19 - Building cleaning services according to DIN 18 299

The Federal Office for Building and Regional Planning intends to construct a building for the Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt (PTB) for low-temperature research, the Walther-Meissner Building.

The building is planned with a basement, ground floor and 3 upper floors and the external dimensions of 48.7m x 27.2m and a height of approx. 18.35m above ground level.

The cleaning measures for the trade of construction cleaning for the Walther-Meissner-Bau mainly include the following services:

External site cleaning:
Construction site equipment
Hoisting platform / hoist for own services
Traffic safety / VRA
Shut-off measures

External site cleaning:
60 h outdoor cleaning of the building

Construction site cleaning inside:
6.000m2 internal cleaning of construction site

Construction cleaning inside:
220 pcs. Fine cleaning of interior doors wood/steel sheet 1 and 2-panel, with light cut-outs, wall and reveal claddings
6 pcs. Fixed glazing / interior windows
1,480 m2 fine cleaning 2K-PU flow coating, sanitary & wet rooms, staircases
1,100 m2 fine cleaning 2-component epoxy resin flow coating, dust-binding, warehouse & technical areas
1,450 m2 fine cleaning 2-component epoxy resin flow coating, conductive (ESD), laboratories & measuring rooms
2.000 Fine cleaning 2K-PU flow coating, corridors, offices & ancillary rooms
6 WC rooms and showers up to approx. 20m2
1 pc. Fine cleaning elevator system, 2.500x2.800x2.200 mm
360 m fine cleaning of staircase and landing baffles, east/west stairwell, basement level 3.floor
2 pcs. Fine cleaning Clean running zones EG
four pcs. Fine cleaning of kitchen furniture

Construction cleaning outside:
700 m2 cleaning metal-glass façade elements consisting of: fixed glazed elements, tilt and turn windows with metal panel filling, sun protection elements made of expanded metal, aluminium panels, metal-glass doors including all profiles, fittings, glass surfaces as well as Fensterbänke
