Description

The purpose of the contract is to provide an electronic voting system via the Internet for the professional elections within the Social Security bodies. This contract is built on 3 separate lots. Each lot represents a separate framework agreement. 22/ac/09 - lot 1: supply of an electronic voting solution; 22/ac/09 - lot 2: independent expertise of the electronic voting solution; 22/ac/09 - lot 3: supply of an online voting solution for less than 50 voters
the expected services are:-the specific parameterization of the need to collect the results by ucanss;- the training and technical assistance of the users;- the transmission of the information and connection elements of the ballot;- the counting of the votes;- the transmission of the results of the professional elections of the organizations of the General Regime to ucanss;- the archiving of the results during the legal period of appeal the contract aims at the independent expertise of the solution of electronic voting The services expected are:- the expertise of the voting solution as provided for in the CNIL deliberation 2019;- the drafting of an expertise report certifying the compliance of the solution the contract is for the provision of an online solution for organizing voting in session for less than 50 voters.The services expected are:- the supply of a tool allowing the organization in full autonomy of votes in session, in the respect of the secrecy of the vote and of the confidentiality of the data;- the holding of a meeting of presentation of the solution and the associated deliverables to the ordering organization, a test at the first starting will be carried out with the titular;- the supply of the supports of formation and documents of assistance to the use of the software will be provided to the users as of the delivery of the software;- the supply of a support of technical assistance;- the management of the incidents gone back up(brought up) by the users
