Description

The subject of the order is the delivery of aqueous solution of urea AdBlue for the internal combustion vehicles SA139 and ready-made GlycoCool G Premium cooler fluid and G Premium GlycoCool cooler fluid - concentrate for the internal combustion vehicles SA132, SA134, SA108 to the maintenance points of the Ordering Party's fleet, the type, description and conditions of delivery of which are specified in Annex 2 (2).1 - 2.3) (Price Form) and Annex 4 (Model contract) to the Terms of Reference (hereinafter "ToR").
Offered consumables must:- strictly comply with the requirements specified in annex no. 2.1 to To ToR, - be original, brand new, free from defects, not encumbered with third party rights, - meet the relevant quality requirements and the requirements of European standards or Polish standards transposing European standards, - on delivery have a quality control document 2.1 issued on the basis of PN EN 10204:2006 or an equivalent standard meeting the requirements of the TSI, which shall be referred to and according to which compliance of goods with the issued certificate/document shall be ensured.In accordance with art. 29 par. 3 of the PPL Act, the Contracting Authority authorizes the delivery of equivalent consumables, i.e. consumables corresponding to the products specified in the price form constituting Annexes 2.1 respectively, provided that they meet the functional requirements specified for the task.4 The Contracting Authority considers those to be equivalent consumables: are defined as consumables produced by any company that certifies that their quality corresponds to products that can be used in the specified vehicles and have not worse operating parameters than those indicated by the Purchaser respectively by trade name, and are accompanied by the following documents: a) safety data sheet with a description of operating parameters; b) acceptance by the vehicle manufacturer, i.e.b) acceptance by the vehicle manufacturer, i.e.: a written statement from the vehicle manufacturer (as part of the individual tasks) confirming that the offered consumables are a product that can be used as a substitute for those mentioned in the price form; the offered consumables must:- strictly comply with the requirements specified in Annex 2.2 to the ToR, - be original, brand new, free from defects, not encumbered with third party rights, - meet the relevant quality requirements and the requirements of European standards or Polish standards transposing European standards, - have a quality control document 2 on delivery.1. issued on the basis of PN EN 10204:2006 or an equivalent standard meeting the requirements of the TSI, which should be referred to and according to which compliance of the goods with the issued certificate/document should be ensured,- meeting the standard PN-C40007 or ASTM D3306, ASTM D4985, BS 6580:2010, AFNOR NF R15-601, ÖNORM V5123, SAE J1034.Pursuant to art. 29 par. 3 of the PPL Act, the Contracting Authority permits the delivery of equivalent supplies, i.e. consumables corresponding to the products listed in the price form constituting Annexes 2.2 to the ToR, respectively, provided that they meet the functional requirements specified for the task. The Contracting Authority considers those to be equivalent supplies: are defined as consumables produced by any company that certifies that their quality corresponds to products that can be used in the specified vehicles and have not worse operating parameters than those indicated by the Contracting Authority from the type (of the specified product type), and are accompanied by the following documents: a) safety data sheet with a description of operating parameters; b) acceptance by the vehicle manufacturer, i.e.: a written statement from the vehicle manufacturer (within the individual Tasks) confirming that the offered consumable is a product that can be used as a substitute for the one specified in the price form; c) confirmation of relevant approvals. Offered consumables must: - strictly comply with the requirements set out in Annex 2.3 to the ToR, - be original, brand new, free from defects, not encumbered with third party rights, - meet the relevant quality requirements and the requirements of European standards or Polish standards transposing European standards, - on delivery have a quality control document 2.1. issued on the basis of PN EN 10204:2006 or an equivalent standard meeting the requirements of the TSI, which should be referred to and according to which compliance of the goods with the issued certificate/document should be ensured,- meeting the standard PN-C40007 or ASTM D3306, ASTM D4985, BS 6580:2010, AFNOR NF R15-601, ÖNORM V5123, SAE J1034.Pursuant to Article 29(3) of the PPL Act, the Contracting Authority permits the supply of equivalent consumables, i.e. consumables corresponding to the products specified in the Price Form constituting Annexes 2.3 to the ToR, respectively, provided that they meet the functional requirements specified for the task.
