Description
The BC Public Service Agency (BCPSA) intends to establish a contract for semi-annual (March and September) valuations of the following plans: Long Term Disability Plan (LTD), as described in Sections 3.2Aof this RFP; and Retirement Allowance Benefits (RAB), as described in Sections 3.2B of this RFP.These valuations are intended to confirm that the management of the plans are being conducted in accordance with Sections PS 3250 and PS 3255 of the Public Sector Accounting Board standards.The successful Proponent may also be requested to provide ad-hoc consulting services for health, dental and life insurance benefit programs. The Province does not expect to spend more than $15,000.00 annually for ad-hoc consulting services.The initial term of the contract will be for three (3) years, with an option to renew, at the sole discretion of the BCPSA, for two (2) additional two (2) year terms.
