On or about July 26, 2019, the Department of Veterans Affairs intends to post a solicitation for chartered flight services (Fixed Wing, Light Jet) to transport liver and kidneys from outside the Organ Procurement Organization s primary service area back to the Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center, Houston, TX. The solicitation will be a Total Small Business set-aside. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract resulting from the solicitation.
