Description
The purpose of this contract is to operate and implement an office automation, logistics, videoconferencing and telephony service center, which will be responsible for :
call-taking and initial diagnostics (including analysis models);
resolving procedural incidents;
handling service requests and requests for assistance with existing or future ASP software or collaborative tools;
deployment of hardware, office software and IP telephony;
assistance with videoconferencing (software solution);
logistics related to the agency's hardware orders.
