Description

In the course of the renovation of the listed existing building Entleich 6 and the creation of an administrative unit through the expansion with a new building and the integration of the administrative building Entleich 8, the reorganization and redesign of the outdoor facilities is intended as the 5th construction phase. For this purpose, the city of Bad Salzungen intends to commission the necessary planning services. Subject of the award are the basic services for object planning of outdoor facilities according to HOAI part 3 section 2 §§ 38-40, LP 1-9 in stepwise commissioning (see point II.2.11). Initially, only step 1 will be commissioned.
The planning for the objectives listed below is to be commissioned by the city of Bad Salzungen:The areas to be planned comprise around 660 m² of green space and around 650 m² of sealed area as well as 8 trees worthy of preservation. In accordance with the objective to improve the environment of the entire monument ensemble, the criteria named in the terms of reference (see attachment) are to be taken into account.The implementation is dependent on subsidies (state and federal funds). The client assumes construction costs (KG 500) in the amount of approx. 900,000 EUR net.The constructional implementation of the tendered planning services is planned in the 1st to 3rd quarter of 2024.The start of the planning services is planned immediately after the award procedure.
