Supervised site visit :

The supervised site visit is mandatory, the deadline for making an appointment is June 25, 2024 at 1:30 pm, at the following email address: immeubles.soumissions@montreal.ca

Visits will take place: Visits will take place on June 25, 26, 27 and 28, 2024 inclusively, according to the following schedule: 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Individuals and companies interested in this contract may obtain bid documents from the Service électronique d'appels d'offres (SÉAO) by contacting one of the representatives by telephone at 1 866 669-7326 or 514 856-6600, or by consulting the website www.seao.ca. Documents may be obtained at a cost set by SÉAO.

Each bid must be placed in a sealed envelope bearing the identification provided in the appendix to the tender document.

Tenders received will be publicly opened on the premises of the Service du greffe, immediately after the expiry of the time limit set for their receipt.

Ville de Montréal does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the bids received and assumes no obligation whatsoever towards the bidder(s).
