The 17th Contracting Squadron, at Goodfellow AFB, TX intends to issue solicitation for the replacement, reconstruction, and repair of energy recovery units and all associated duct work in 4 buildings at Goodfellow AFB, TX. This acquisition has two base CLINS and two additive options CLINS. The period of performance is 180 days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed. An invitation for bid (IFB) is projected to be posted on or after 24 Jul 19 with an anticipated bid opening date of 23 Aug 19. The anticipated award date for this requirement is 30 Sep 19. All responsible vendors may submit a bid to the 17th Contracting Squadron. Oral and electronic bids WILL NOT be accepted. A Firm Fixed-Price award will be made to the responsible bidder whose bid conforms to the requirements of the solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government. PSC Z2FC; NAICS 238220; Size Standard $15,000,000. This acquisition is 100% HUBZone set aside. The magnitude of this requirement is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Interested parties are responsible for checking FedBizOpps for information, updates, and amendments in regards to the solicitation.
