Upgrade of cryogenic vent outlet No. 2 (Quench)

Summary of work :

The work covered by this contract includes the relocation of the MRI#2 quench to

Notre-Dame Hospital, Lachapelle Pavilion, 1st floor, Montreal.

Duration of work: 3 months

Tenders will be received and opened (according to the clauses of situation Covid-19) at the following date and place:

July 16, 2024 before 11:00 a.m. at 1560 Sherbrooke East, Room DS-3031, 3rd basement

Important note on start date:

Although a start date is indicated, it is for information purposes only. The actual start date will be agreed with the project manager once the contract has been awarded.

Exclusion clause :

In accordance with section 8 of the regulations, CIUSSSUD reserves the right to refuse any contractor who, during the 2 years preceding the bid opening date, has been the subject of an unsatisfactory performance evaluation by our organization, or has failed to follow up on a bid, a contract, or has had a contract terminated due to failure to comply with its conditions.

Site visit :

A highly recommended site visit is scheduled for June 26, 2024 at 11:00 am. The meeting point for this visit is 1560 Sherbrooke Street East, Notre-Dame Hospital, Lachapelle Pavilion lobby, Montreal, province of Quebec, H2L 4M1.

Tender guarantee :

The TENDERER must submit with its tender a bid security equivalent to TEN PER CENT (10%) of the total price proposed in its tender. This bid security must be submitted in the following form:

a) a bond issued in favor of the PUBLIC ORGANIZATION by a Financial Institution as defined in clause 0.01.15 hereof, which must comply with the provisions of the model bid bond reproduced in Appendix 4.01A of the Bid Form.

Filing of Complaints:

Any company or person interested in this call for tenders and who is of the opinion that the tender documents do not comply with the contractual rules in effect, may file a complaint by following the instructions detailed in the complaint management procedure adopted by CIUSSS du Centre-Sud-de-l'Île-de-Montréal in accordance with section 21.0.3 of the Act respecting contracting by public bodies (RLRQ, c.
