Description

Deliveries will be made successively, according to the Purchaser's needs, in quantities: Pb95 up to 315.0 m3 (unleaded petrol) and up to 627.0 m3 (diesel oil).The type of the ordered diesel oil will each time be specified in the order sent by the Ordering Party.During the execution of the Agreement the Ordering Party does not allow changes in the type of the subject of the order, but reserves the right to change the quantity of individual products, which will result from the actual needs of the Ordering Party, up to the price specified in the agreement.The Ordering Party declares that it does not carry out any business activity in the field of production or trade in fuels and energy within the meaning of art. 32 par. 1 The products purchased from the Contractor will be used exclusively for its own purposes. The Ordering Party shall notify the Contractor of any change in the factual/legal situation in this respect and send current documents within 7 working days from the change. Fuel deliveries shall be made successively from Monday to Friday from 07:30 to 13:00.
