Description

The subject matter of the order is the supply of unleaded gasoline PB 95 and LPG (propane-butane) to the SP ZOZ WSPR Fuel Station in Białystok, specified in detail in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ - Detailed description of the subject matter of the order. The Contractor is obliged to successively deliver goods at his own expense and risk to the Fuel Station of SP ZOZ WSPR in Bialystok at 22 Pogodna Street in Bialystok, as described in the attached model agreement, constituting Appendix No. 8 to SWZ. The model agreement is an integral part of the SWZ and the provisions contained therein shall be treated as conditions of contract award.
(1) The subject matter of the contract is the supply of unleaded gasoline PB 95 to the Fuel Station of the Voivodship Medical Centre in Białystok, specified in detail in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ - Detailed description of the subject matter of the contract. (2) The Contractor shall be obliged to successively deliver the goods at his own expense and risk to the Fuel Station of SP ZOZ WSPR in Białystok at 22 Pogodna Street in Białystok, as described in the attached model agreement, constituting Annex No. 8 to the SWZ. The model agreement is an integral part of the SWZ and the provisions contained therein shall be treated as conditions of contract award.3. The quantities given in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ - DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT, i.e. a) Unleaded petrol PB 95: 410 m3 - basic order, are estimated/predicted values, which during the term of the contract may be reduced depending on the current needs of the Ordering Party. The Ordering Party during the term of the contract guarantees the order of: 246 m3 of PB 95. 4. The Ordering Party shall have the right of option to increase the amount of fuel in relation to the basic order in part 1, however, by no more than 30%. The largest possible scope of the order taking into account the right of option is for:part 1 Unleaded gasoline PB 95 - 533 m3. The Ordering Party reserves the right not to use all or part of the order covered by the right of option, and the Contractor declares that he will not make any claims for this reason.5. All requirements contained in the Description of the Subject of Order also apply to the execution of the order under the right of option. The price discount under the option right shall not change in relation to the price discount/trade mark-up specified in the offer form for part 1. 1. The quantities given in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ - DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT, i.e. a) LPG propane-butane gas: 190 000 l - basic order are estimated/predicted values, which during the term of the contract may be reduced depending on the current needs of the Ordering Party. During the term of the contract, the Ordering Party guarantees the order of: 114,000 liters of LPG (where 1000 liters= 1 m3). (5) The Ordering Party shall have the right of option to increase the amount of fuel in relation to the basic order in part 2, but not by more than 30%. The largest possible scope of the order including the right of option is for:Part 2 LPG gas - 247,000 l.
