The market concerns two lots: - The first lot concerns the supply of paper for the manufacture of cheques, cheque letters and chequebook appendices (e.g. RIB, etc.) - The second lot concerns the supply of paper for the manufacture of bank chequesThe contract is being carried out as part of the supply and dispatch of security printed matter by Philaposte (La Poste's industrial site located in Boulazac (24))
LOT 1: PAPER FOR CHEQUES, LETTERS AND ANNEXES The paper must meet the following characteristics:a. The paper must have an environmental characteristic, i.e., either FSC or PEFC certified and eligible for NFK 11-111 and NF Q14-004 and of security level CBS1b. The paper must be suitable for processing into checkbooks. Paper must be printable in both offset and digital technologies.d All media must be deliverable with PEFC and FSC mixed certification, minimum 70%e. Paper weight: 95 g/m²f. Reactivity to acids, bases, polar solvents: Visible to the eyeg. Papers for enclosures : AmagneticThe market could give rise to the following estimated annual volume for LOT 1: a. Paper for checks and check letters: - Size 380 - with brightener & reagents = 45 tons - Size 460 - with brightener & reagents = 25 tons - Size 457 - with brightener & reagents = 2 tons - Size 380 - without brightener & with reagents = 90 tons - Size 457 - without brightener & with reagents = 100 tons b. Enclosure paper : The annual volumes are summarized below for information purposes: - Size 457 - with brightener - without reagents = 2 tons- Size 380 - without brightener - without reagents = 45 tons- Size 457 - without brightener - without reagents = 45 tons- Size 500 - without brightener & with reagents = 10 tons- Size 480 - with brightener & with reagents = 2 tonsReel diameter 120 - Core diameter 70.The paper can be delivered to Boulazac on the Philaposte site in the 24 department.Maximum total quantity over the entire duration of the contract (i.e. 4 years): 1650 tons (including 10% margin) LOT 2: PAPER FOR BANK CHEQUESThe paper must meet the following characteristics:a. Paper 100% cellulose without optical brightener of 95 g/m², including iridescent glitter strips on 1 side and chemical reagents CBS1.b. Watermarked: Bank check pattern (the sower + bank check) c. Printing: 20 inch development / same as "CLASSIC" check imposition d. The paper includes watermark marks of 1 to 2 mm (4 marks at 20 inch development) e. Watermark positioning tolerance +/- 3 mm / Sheet tolerance +/- 3 mm f. The market could result in the following estimated annual volume for LOT 2: - Width 457 mm: 3 tons - Reel diameter 120 - Core diameter 70.The paper could be delivered to the Philaposte site in Boulazac, France, in the 24 department.Maximum total quantity for the entire duration of the contract (4 years): 15 tons (including 10% margin)
