Description
The Umpqua National Forest is seeking a request for proposals for the repair of three sites with slide failures of the road embankment and/or ground located in the Umpqua National Forest in Douglas County, Oregon. Three site locations:
1) National Forest System Road 2700 MP 3.42: Design and Construction of a Mechanically Stabilized Earth retaining wall, of approximate dimensions, 20' height and 154' length.
2) National Forest System Road 3114 MP 1.97: Realign 360 feet length of road, shifting into the hillside.
3) National Forest System Road 3114 MP 2.24: Construction of a reinforced soil slope with approximate dimensions of 50' height and total length of 174 feet.
This is a 100% small business set-aside project. Offers received from other than small businesses will be rejected. The proposed solution must include construction repair of all three (3) sites. Schedule of Items and the Statement of Work are in Section B and C respectively of the attached final RFP.
