Description

The company will be responsible for:

- establishing a recycling facility in the UAE for the management and recycling of used tyres
- manufacturing products made from the recycled scrap tyres
- Introducing advanced technology that meets European standards
- creating a structure for collecting and receiving the tyres from the authority traders and producers
- collecting and transporting the tyres from the authority’s landfill sites and other facilities
- obtaining all necessary licences including environmental permit from relevant authorities
- meeting the environmental, health, safety and quality control requirements of the government agencies and institutions

The work would include:

- design
- engineering
- procurement
- construction
- insurance
- financing
- testing
- commissioning
- operation and maintenance
- permitting
- marketing
- sale of recyclable materials and products

To bid you must be registered in the UAE for:

- management and recycling of used tyres
- selling products manufactured from recyclable tyre materials

Only shortlisted companies will be invited to participate in the tender process. Companies must have 3 years experience of operating a similar facility and be registered in the UAE.
